Migrate local IT systems and datastores to Azure. Isolating main applications to own environment to allow independent updates.

Migration of applications and data stores to Azure for initial testing and review without causing any downtime on local systems. 

AVD host pools successfully implemented with FSLogix.

Secure access to sensitive data and resources.

On-premises servers decommissioned.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

The intial systems review; planned Azure infrastructure schematics and solution to our "Cloud" IT requirements was well managed ad provided in a timely basis. The project did "stall" on a few occasions, but this was driven by our own office needs and not due to the vendor. Testing phases was carried out well and they resolved problems in a timely manner. Full scale tetsing would have been an option as the "final build" required addtional resources to ensure smooth operation.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The staff's hands on approach to reacting and dealing with the "implementation" and "going live" phases to ensure smoothness of the new IT solution.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Computer Care could have done differently?

Load / stress testing on Azure solution to ensure "going live" didn't experience as much per "performance" issues...but was easily resolved by adding additional infrastruture - something that had been advised may be a requirement from the outset.
