CARE is currently testing the Teams workflow ahead of rollout to the wider Asia team.

What stood out most was their willingness to adapt and improve based on feedback. The support/operations team has been patient, responsive and committed to resolving issues, while also taking the time to understand our users and working environment. I was particularly impressed that they were open to our suggestion of using Microsoft Teams as a channel for raising IT tickets and are already testing the idea. That responsiveness, together with their hands-on support and willingness to work closely with our IT Coordinator, gives us confidence in continuing to strengthen CARE’s role as our day-to-day IT support partner.

A few areas could be improved to make the support experience even smoother. For repeat onsite arrangements, it would help if CARE could retain our office and contact details instead of asking us to provide the same information each time. It would also be useful to continue building technician familiarity across the different software, integrations and device models used by our team, as some more complex issues can take longer to resolve. We also appreciate that CARE is already exploring Microsoft Teams as a channel for raising IT tickets, which should make it easier for users to reach support while still keeping proper ticket tracking in place.
