Compu-vision had first to assimilate our vision and expectation about our platform design and technologies. Once the tech brainstorming was assimilated and developed in tech terms, we started working on the development of the various components of the platform starting from the UI/UX.

In parallel with the UI/UX, compu-vision started developing the various back-end components such as the wallet infrastructure, the CMS and modularity of the platform and finally the registration process along with the integration of game developer APIs to be able to track the statistics of the performances of the participants.

We had 2 full time coder working on our project along with Fares himself giving a hand and guiding the process.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The platform is extermely impressive. We had very good feedback from investors and partners whom ran an tech audit on the platform to prove its robustness.

Compu-vision gives a lot of time to its customers and does many back and forth with the team to understand the needs and modify accordingly. Compu-vision respected all deadlines and submitted the project in time although we had many iterations throughout the building process.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We found that Fares has a very level of expertise in his domain which allowed us to build an ahead of the curve platform. The customer support quality is amazing and kept the relationship extremely healthy and efficient.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

The only point that compu-vision can improve is getting a UI/UX designer on board o they could also handle the packaging of the platform and the graphics.

They were very detailed in their proposal, and their price was one the best I could find, also their protfolio and credibility allowed me to choose them.

We had a frist meeting where Fares asked me about the requirements, I sent him a document containing a detailed description of the project, the day after he asked me a list of questions, then after my designer finished the UI/UX of the application and website we started the development.

Compu-Vision were very detailed in their work, and they were very lenient with the edits I asked for, they wouldn’t deliver a product unless everything was perfect.

COMPU-VISION designed our custom ERP solution to manage our gym using .NET. It includes a CRM system as well. The software allows me to manage the business remotely. The dashboard notifies me of data information points when I need to reach out to a client, make a sales call, and more.

Fares (CEO) was my initial point of contact. Youssef (Software & Mobile Developer) is my contact point now. He coordinates with their team.

My brother, an IT engineer, referred Fares to me. They knew each other from working in cybersecurity.

We began working together in June 2016 and plan to continue the relationship for the foreseeable future.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

COMPU-VISION has completed two versions of the software, making improvements. They are currently working on new modules of the software. COMPU-VISION has fixed any bugs quickly and pays attention to details. 

The software allows me to focus more time on my clients and their needs instead of paperwork and figuring out a lot of the business things. To me, that is an important KPI.

Meeting deadlines was a challenge sometimes because they have a very small team. I was lenient with that. Communication is very good. We have one-on-one brainstorming sessions to figure out issues of speed, cloud computing, and more.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They listen to me and ask several questions to make sure they know exactly what I want. Their performance and product are of high quality. They think outside the box and engage with their clients. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

The size of the team caused a delay in our deadlines being met at times. Sometimes COMPU-VISION is just overwhelmed with their workload, but this doesn’t interfere with the quality of the deliverables. They could consider increasing their team size.

I am the CIO at Safadi Group Holding (Group of Companies that includes Facility Management, Construction, Aviation, Investment & Charity Organizations). I lead all the IT & technology projects within the group.

Our charity organizations’ websites were created over 5 years ago and had not been updated since. We decided to invest in new websites and mobile app. We do not have any in-house engineers, so we needed to outsource the entire redesign and rebuild.

We wanted to increase the number of visitors and make the website more appealing and informative. Moreover, we wanted it to be interactive with the mobile App where services request and contact can be easily made with a very user-friendly App & Website.

So, when a new mobile App project arose, we submitted a proposal to seven different suppliers. We narrowed it to 2 after receiving their initial pitches. We saw more visitors to our informative websites, and we have received more inquiries than we used to have.

Maybe to work more on the documentation and manuals of services provided. But overall we were satisfied with their work.

After our app was launched, our website services and information were much more accessible on the app. We continue to hear positive feedback on the usability of the app.

The most impressive about COMPU-VISION is the knowledge that they have about mobile app development. We learned new things and we appreciated that they were patient. It was a collaborative and positive experience.

Everything can be done faster, but we were satisfied with their work. In the end quality is more important than speed and we ended up with a good mobile app.

He was recommended by another subcontractor, but I challenged him and the other candidates company to find the appropriate solution before starting the development and he was the only one who worked with me for nearly 3 month on trials and on the appropriate labels and printers and after several tests we

Decided on the material and hardware and everything that it is convenient to this kind of work and we started. Other companies overpriced the project, litteraly said that it can't be done as i want, or refused to cooperate and create the idea before signing the contract, while compuvision simplified things for me and proved by experiment that the hard part can be done which made me chose them finally

This project most importantly allowed me to be iso certified. Well of course in addition to the facility and all of the other aspects of the project, the auditors were amazed by the software and its usability, where I was able to answer whatever they ask with just one click.

They were very organized and delivered milestones on time, We closely worked together on each stage of the software, they were time efficient although I asked for lots of additional features while they were working, they didn't leave any request from myside non accomplished eventhough it wasn't agreed on in the begining

Feedback from more than 50 early access users highlighted the application as intuitive, elegant, and easy to use, with a strong “premium” experience feel. The application is lightweight, fast, and stable, with minimal bugs even in early releases, reflecting strong technical execution and performance optimization.

The collaboration with COMPU-VISION S.A.R.L. has been smooth, clear, and highly productive. The team successfully developed a complex marketplace ecosystem within a relatively short timeframe while keeping the product lightweight, fast, and highly user-friendly.
