I have been working with many developers, but i find that especially in short time frames, COMPU-VISION delivers great quality and service.

We first had a call meeting to discuss the project in detail, then a couple of days later we selected the website design and it was then developed in HTML, including features such as a chatbox.

The website is newly launched, but our client who has been in business for a decade is very impressed with the result and the user-friendliness of the CMS

We had a daily update from the project manager and very prompt responses from the team when we had remarks and amendments.

The team operates with high business ethics.

We wanted to build the first version of our technology before going to market and thus have decided to outsource this task to compu-vision. Knowing their expertise and experience will allow us to build our platform with an amazing value for price.

We found Fares, the CEO of compu-vision to be an excellent asset in building our tech. He directly understood our requirement and our vision for the technology and thus it was a no brainer compared to other Lebanese companies.

Compu-vision had first to assimilate our vision and expectation about our platform design and technologies. Once the tech brainstorming was assimilated and developed in tech terms, we started working on the development of the various components of the platform starting from the UI/UX.

In parallel with the UI/UX, compu-vision started developing the various back-end components such as the wallet infrastructure, the CMS and modularity of the platform and finally the registration process along with the integration of game developer APIs to be able to track the statistics of the performances of the participants.

We had 2 full time coder working on our project along with Fares himself giving a hand and guiding the process.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The platform is extermely impressive. We had very good feedback from investors and partners whom ran an tech audit on the platform to prove its robustness.

Compu-vision gives a lot of time to its customers and does many back and forth with the team to understand the needs and modify accordingly. Compu-vision respected all deadlines and submitted the project in time although we had many iterations throughout the building process.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We found that Fares has a very level of expertise in his domain which allowed us to build an ahead of the curve platform. The customer support quality is amazing and kept the relationship extremely healthy and efficient.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

The only point that compu-vision can improve is getting a UI/UX designer on board o they could also handle the packaging of the platform and the graphics.

They were very detailed in their proposal, and their price was one the best I could find, also their protfolio and credibility allowed me to choose them.

We had a frist meeting where Fares asked me about the requirements, I sent him a document containing a detailed description of the project, the day after he asked me a list of questions, then after my designer finished the UI/UX of the application and website we started the development.

Compu-Vision were very detailed in their work, and they were very lenient with the edits I asked for, they wouldn’t deliver a product unless everything was perfect.

The owner and General Manager of the company worked with me on the plan of the development. A senior developer worked on the website, and another senior developed worked on the application.

We didn’t launch the project yet, but the product was exactly the same as our specifications.

We had daily updates and we could ask for as many edits as we wanted, they were available 24/7 and were never late to respond to us.

They gave us a fully customized solution where we could do anything we wanted and manage it easily.

For now, everything seems perfect.

We were trying to find software for business management and needed a customized solution built.

What was the scope of their involvement?

COMPU-VISION designed our custom ERP solution to manage our gym using .NET. It includes a CRM system as well. The software allows me to manage the business remotely. The dashboard notifies me of data information points when I need to reach out to a client, make a sales call, and more.

Fares (CEO) was my initial point of contact. Youssef (Software & Mobile Developer) is my contact point now. He coordinates with their team.

My brother, an IT engineer, referred Fares to me. They knew each other from working in cybersecurity.

What is the status of this engagement?

We began working together in June 2016 and plan to continue the relationship for the foreseeable future.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

COMPU-VISION has completed two versions of the software, making improvements. They are currently working on new modules of the software. COMPU-VISION has fixed any bugs quickly and pays attention to details. 

The software allows me to focus more time on my clients and their needs instead of paperwork and figuring out a lot of the business things. To me, that is an important KPI.

How did COMPU-VISION S.A.R.L. perform from a project management standpoint?

Meeting deadlines was a challenge sometimes because they have a very small team. I was lenient with that. Communication is very good. We have one-on-one brainstorming sessions to figure out issues of speed, cloud computing, and more.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They listen to me and ask several questions to make sure they know exactly what I want. Their performance and product are of high quality. They think outside the box and engage with their clients. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

The size of the team caused a delay in our deadlines being met at times. Sometimes COMPU-VISION is just overwhelmed with their workload, but this doesn’t interfere with the quality of the deliverables. They could consider increasing their team size.

Our charity organizations’ websites were created over 5 years ago and had not been updated since. We decided to invest in new websites and mobile app. We do not have any in-house engineers, so we needed to outsource the entire redesign and rebuild.

We wanted to increase the number of visitors and make the website more appealing and informative. Moreover, we wanted it to be interactive with the mobile App where services request and contact can be easily made with a very user-friendly App & Website.

Compu-Vision was referred by a common friend. He developed our informative websites and we were pleased by the work. So, when a new mobile App project arose, we submitted a proposal to seven different suppliers. We narrowed it to 2 after receiving their initial pitches. It was a hard decision, but we selected Compu-Vision based on the quality of their proposal, their willingness, and the flexibility to adapt to the changes during the project and their price point, which we felt was very fair.

We saw more visitors to our informative websites, and we have received more inquiries than we used to have.

It is very easy to communicate with the Compu-Vision team. They adapt and are ready to use any communication tool available that benefits the advancement of the project.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The flexibility and the willingness to listen to feedback and complaints not to forget their knowledge and expertise. I will certainly engage with Compu-Vision again for any mobile app needs that we have in the future.

Maybe to work more on the documentation and manuals of services provided. But overall we were satisfied with their work.

After our app was launched, our website services and information were much more accessible on the app. We continue to hear positive feedback on the usability of the app.

Mr. Saab was easy to communicate with and provided us frequent updates. We connected over the phone and by email.

The most impressive about COMPU-VISION is the knowledge that they have about mobile app development. We learned new things and we appreciated that they were patient. It was a collaborative and positive experience.

Everything can be done faster, but we were satisfied with their work. In the end quality is more important than speed and we ended up with a good mobile app.

We are livestock importors and meat traders in Lebanon. We are the first iso certified modern slaughterhouse in Lebanon.

We hired them to develop a tracebility and operations software in order to trace each peace of meat after slaughtering (origin/ destination), later on we added another module to it which was the ordering and dispatching module, where we were able to record all the clients request on the software and dispatch it according to the order without any mistakes.

He was recommended by another subcontractor, but I challenged him and the other candidates company to find the appropriate solution before starting the development and he was the only one who worked with me for nearly 3 month on trials and on the appropriate labels and printers and after several tests we

Decided on the material and hardware and everything that it is convenient to this kind of work and we started. Other companies overpriced the project, litteraly said that it can't be done as i want, or refused to cooperate and create the idea before signing the contract, while compuvision simplified things for me and proved by experiment that the hard part can be done which made me chose them finally

This project most importantly allowed me to be iso certified. Well of course in addition to the facility and all of the other aspects of the project, the auditors were amazed by the software and its usability, where I was able to answer whatever they ask with just one click.

They were very organized and delivered milestones on time, We closely worked together on each stage of the software, they were time efficient although I asked for lots of additional features while they were working, they didn't leave any request from myside non accomplished eventhough it wasn't agreed on in the begining
