We had a kick-off meeting to discuss our goals and objectives. From there ,the team delivered a wireframe for our site based on our requirements. After a few iterations, their team has developed our Magento website and an Order Management System in Laravel. After few months of operations, they have delivered mobile applications also.

A project manager was our main point of Contact through out the project. There were two Magento developers, one Laravel developer, one designer for UI development and two mobile application developers also there.

After launching the website and mobile applications we got a good number of orders. The checkout process was very easy and convenient for the customers. They have implemented multiple integrations also with payment gateways, logistic partners etc which make the operations also fine tuned.

We had daily stand-ups with their project manager, who communicated with the rest of the team. We will have a weekly task sheets to follow-up. We used Slack, JIRA and GitHub to coordinate, and they worked well with our team.

They are very responsive and they have high availability since we are running an e-commerce store. They were supported us even in weekends when we had technical issues. They are well experienced in e-commerce and used to providing multiple solutions for a single problem.

They can deliver whatever we like in terms of custom development.

They have to improve their API for reporting. The team provides us with reports on business analytics, sales, product uploads, and other things through an API. The system works fine, but they still have to improve it.
