We had worked with Commerce9 before and I have known Nived personally for quite many years. The deciding factor was obviously their flexibility towards our restricted budgets and dedicated customer support.

We decided to use Nopcommerce for this project which allows scalability into an ecommerce store down the road. Commerce9 is well versed with this new technology and built the platform in a very user-friendly manner. The tech stack also allowed for a great mobile responsive design which reduced a lot of delivery time.
How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
A project manager was our main point of contact. There was 1 full stack developer, 1 frontend and 1 more backend developer who worked on our project to deliver it in quick time. Turnaround time was around 3 months.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
We were very satisfied with the outcome and the speed with which the project was delivered. The general aesthetic feedback has been great so far on both the design and technology fronts.

We had 2 weekly followups where we worked closely with the project manager. All feedback was well taken, and improvements were made in quick time as well. Since it was a smaller project we did not feel the need to use any project management tools.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
They introduced us to a new framework that's very easy to update and the turnaround time was very quick.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
There were some minor bugs initially which were taken care off eventually but they could improve on that front.
