Cogenta led a cross-functional engagement focused on marketing automation, CRM structuring, business intelligence, and digital enablement. Over 20,000 contacts were segmented in HubSpot to support targeted workflows and high-converting campaigns. Multichannel campaigns tied to key commercial dates were launched and analyzed, driving acquisition and revenue growth. Automated NPS, CSAT, and CES surveys were deployed to capture and act on client feedback. A fully integrated analytics system was developed, connecting HubSpot, WooCommerce, Google Analytics, Notion, and Databox to centralize insights across marketing, sales, and service. Cogenta also led web development projects to improve user experience and enable in-house campaign execution. The result was a scalable, data-informed marketing engine and a stronger client experience framework.

Cogenta supported Ethereum France with a full-cycle CRM implementation to improve contact and event data management for their large-scale Ethereum events. The project began with evaluating their operational needs and selecting Attio as the most suitable CRM platform, considering budget, flexibility, and integration capabilities.

Congenta designed a custom data structure to support 28,000+ records — including speakers, sponsors, attendees, students, and volunteers — across various editions of EthCC. The system was integrated with over eight data sources, including three websites and internal tools, using Zapier to automate contact syncing and eliminate manual imports/exports.

Cogenta also connected the CRM to our email platform (Mailjet), enabling segmentation and smoother outreach for campaigns. The project concluded with onboarding sessions tailored to the team’s workflow, ensuring we could manage the CRM autonomously. As a result, we now operate with a connected system that offers clarity, scalability, and significantly improved efficiency.
