Congenta designed a custom data structure to support 28,000+ records — including speakers, sponsors, attendees, students, and volunteers — across various editions of EthCC. The system was integrated with over eight data sources, including three websites and internal tools, using Zapier to automate contact syncing and eliminate manual imports/exports.
Cogenta also connected the CRM to our email platform (Mailjet), enabling segmentation and smoother outreach for campaigns.
