They delivered high-quality development (usually only minor bug fixes). Once communication moved from e-mail to trello, it became very transparent to monitor progress and answer any questions the developers had. They delivered the original requirements on time, overall project saw some delays on our side and Cordonnier was extremely flexible in adapting to that, which we greatly valued.

we initially started discussing bugs via e-mail and communication was a bit difficult with some unnecessary forth-and-back. After moving to Trello, this was immediately resolved and we are very happy now.

We had a discovery meeting and delivered the user flow and designs for the mobile app and admin tool website. Within two weeks we had a prototype of each. We then provided feedback and updates were completed. Codonnier then managed submission to the App Store on our behalf and deployed the admin tool. The app passed certification on the first try within 24 hours of submission.

We worked with a project manager and at least one coder. There may have been others involved, but we had direct interaction with them. They did a Zoom to review and capture notes after the first delivery, and actually updated functionality in real time in our session.

We just deployed the app and are rolling it out to customers. The direct feedback from our sports leagues include the ease of use is fantastic and the crowd sourced scoring adds tremendous value to the live streams. We had many 5 star reviews in the App Store from customers and their end users out of the gate and they continue to grow.

The Codonnier team was responsive, communicating at release dates and then daily during fine tuning and release. We conducted Zooms during the initial briefing, when requirements updated and during final release. Primary communication was online messages and emails.

We wouldn’t have changed a thing. The team was great to work with.

Within the first 2 months of launching, we received over 3K+ downloads and over 100+ paying subscribers as well as numerous 5-star reviews.

Priyank the main project is incredibly easy to communicate with compared to other project managers I have worked with. We have never had any major delays in terms of deliverables. The main tools we use to work on are skype for chat and Trello for management but the Codonnier team is always open to making refinements to process and implement new tools.

PARTNERSHIP! This is huge, whatever their team says, they do. If there are issues they tackle them, if the issues come from their end they own them both in terms of feedback & cost. You honestly cannot ask for more in my opinion, because problems are always going to arise and it's how everyone reacts which makes or breaks the relationships.

Codonnier developed a meditation app that has special techniques that are developed in Sweden. At first, we made it for iOS, then we made an Android version. It has sound and picture files.

The design was made by me but the team was involved in the process. Sometimes there were things that didn’t work very well technically and they helped. The user uses the app for meditation, listens to the sound files, and reads the text. There’s also a schedule to remind users to meditate.

There haven’t been any crashes on the app since the release. Due to COVID-19, the budget that was supposed to be used for marketing the app couldn’t be used for that. At the moment, the app has 400 users without marketing. 

Now, I’m going to start marketing. People are recommending it to each other, and I only get positive feedback. Since meditation is private, I don’t have any control over the user at all. On the App Store, there are good reviews with only five and four stars.

Their project management was really good. The project was outlined from the start, and Priyank sent me schedules, what to expect, and all the details. Everything went really well. We communicated mostly by email or Skype.
