The scope of the project consisted of thee main aspects:

• Extension of the current API 
• Mobile App development

The development work consisted mostly of enhancement of the current applications.

The measurable outcomes from the project consisted the requirements which were used to consider the project as marked "done". Codolis succeded to deliver the project within the time and cost boundries agreed upon. 
In addition, the software created by Codolis was reviewed internally and was marked as high quality code.

The project management of Codolis can be describe as highly involved and close to the project. Codolis' team response time was highly adequate and the response given truely added value. This way of project management ensured the project to be delivered on time included all requirements we agreed on.

Codolis stood out and impressed us with several things. First and foremost, they had cutting-edge technical expertise: they found the right technical solution for complex problems during the project. In addition, Codolis B.V.'s client-centric approach to the project was remarkable.

The scope of the project contained the improvement of our mobile application and the rewriting of the API. The mobile application was developed in Flutter/Dart and improved with additional features. The API is rewritten from PHP to Go Lang.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The measurable outcomes of the project were the cost and timeframe. Codolis succeeded to stay in the cost and timeframe agreed uppon at the start of the project. In addition, all requirements were covered by the first submission of the project.

Codolis managed to deliver the milestones on time. The project management was pro-active and the project managers were highly involved and kept us constantly up-to-date. Codolis satisfied our needs discussed at the beginning of the project.

Codolis was highly involved with the project, and satisfied the timeframe and cost they discussed on forehand. The company works according a no-nonsense policy which I find quite impressive.

The user portal had a look and feel that was a bit outdated and also some features needed a UX design. So practicaly it was a full overhaul of the user interface.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

During the project there were moments for evaluation whereas we discussed results of the delivered portal for OK and for enhancement. It was always possible to see a working result in the process.

All deadlines were met as pre-discussed and also they pro-actively informed us about the progress. All following ideas and suggestions were processed in the project or well assigned for future goals.
