Pre go-live: Key deliverables included the on-time and within-budgegt delivery of all assigned product features/functionality in satisfaction of customer requirements. Post go-live: Deliverables include application support, SLA requirements fullfillment, new feature development, and bug/fixes.

Coding Crafts has been an integral partner in launching our first SaaS product and deploying to a reference customer. The product successfulkly went live in August 2024 after it has been determine that it met or exceeded all defined customer requirements and success metrics.

They're very responsive as we and Coding Crafts both view our relationship as a long-term partnership with both firms having a sunstantial interest in the ongoing success and growth of the product we've built.

We had engaged with Coding Crafts in order to revamp and modernize web frontend for our data infrastructure product. The scope of work span from making architectural decisions to implementing, testing and deploying the web application. It is somewhat sophisticated developer tooling with coding, monitoring built into the tool.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We had tight timelines for releasing the product. Coding Crafts broke downs designs and functionality into features and followed agile methodology to deliver and refine the product. The engagement was a great success for us as Coding Crafts was able to deliver a high quality application (no critical defects, extensible and clean code) on a very tight timeline.

Coding Crafts' engineers were highly engaged and shared our goal of delivering the product within a certain timeframe. They were always available when needed and were efficient in communication.

Coding Catfs was instrumental in Yoga Joint's expansion rom a few studios to 15 studios across Florida and beyond. Leadership established the company strategy and Coding Crafts was always to make it possible, from complex new app features to foster user engagement and retention to detailed data visualization dashboards that simplified operations. Their commitment and dedication were exemplary from the beginning and their availability often extended regular working hours.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Yoga Joint has grown very fast and it has been in part because of our relationship with Coding Crafts.
- Coding Crafts was always able to execute on our vision for the booking app, the central piece for customers to interact with the company. 
- Their work on a complex social component within the app increased our client base by several thousands in a few months.
- Coding Crafst built a robust KPI dashboard for our franchise studios that became essential in our expansion to different markets
- They also built a powerful referral program that awards customers when they refer new people who become paying customers over time, thus increasing membership initiations considerably.

Flexible and effective. Coding Craft engineers and PMs availability is one of the advantages that set them apart from other companies. They were always quick to grasp the scope of deliverables, easily finding creative and flawless solutions to very challenging problems.

We worked with Coding Crafts on several projects including a Yoga mobile application called YogaJoint.com, Web3 project called EarthFund and most recently a new startup using AI.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Yoga Joint scaled from 7 -> 20 studios using the mobile application.

EarthFund ICO launched and was a huge success.

AI company has had 10x growth in 12 months, last August we did 400k, this August 4m.

My biggest recommendation I would have about Coding Crafts is the reliability and availability of their team. Even though we have a huge time difference, there team was always readily available to help. Work product was iterative and good. They were patient with an unstructured project management style which I appreciated.
