Our presence on the market is strengthened by our modern and attractive website. This website must be kept up to date by specialists. For this purpose, we have hired Codexsto.

What were your goals for this project?

The web applications are constantly updated. To ensure an error-free presentation on all platforms (Windows, iOs, Linux), the website must be maintained quickly, competently and efficiently.

We know the web developer from his former company who programmed the original website. We chose Codexsto because of his professional and competent performance.

Our website was infected by a virus and blocked by the provider. Team Codexsto found and removed the bug, which caused the site to go back online as soon as possible.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

For our business and advertising, it is very important that the website works at all times and on all display media. Codexsto offered a fast and competent solution in case of problems.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

The reaction time was a little longer in the beginning. But it was significantly improved in the course of the project. We communicated via Skype.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their team has a lean structure, great know-how, and uncomplicated communication.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Based on my experience to date, I have no objections.

I am the CEO at Deboxd, a full-service agency. We work with clients from all over the world. We tend to lock on long-term projects and tight cooperations, so we can deliver the best results, and make our agency more stable by hiring people for full-time roles and, again, long-term contracts.

For what projects/services did your company hire Codexsto?

Oftentimes, we cannot hire fast for the incoming projects that demand prompt starts. When it happens, we tend to outsource to neighbouring agencies, and Codexsto is one of them. We had to create a brand, develop and design website and mobile apps for a client, but were not able to pull it out without enough human resources.

What were your goals for this project?

To create a website with a modern and responsive design. To create cross-platform mobile apps that behave native. The backend system had to support different authorization models and authentication services. The client also didn't have enough material for the branding purposes, we almost re-created the whole brand from scratch.

How did you select this vendor?

We considered multiple neighbouring agenices, but we selected Codexsto by a recommendation from a friend who worked with them previously.

The project was to develop an internal system for a travel agency, with a separate b2c facing interfaces that would help their customers find information needed and so that the business could more easily communicate with their clients. The website was primarily intended to cover information for the customer acquisition segment, while the mobile apps, and the internal system was intended for retaining those customers after they enroll with what travel agency offers.

What was the team composition?

There were around 3 developers, 1 designer and 1 general marketer working on a project. They were fully synced in-between, and with the client's needs.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

The product, while finished, is still in a phase of an on-going adjustments and additional furbishing. However, we did some qualitative tests, and potential customers loved it. We are pretty sure that the impact will be more tremendously positive.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

We had one guy involved from our agency that covered the whole cycle of communicating and collaborating between Codexsto and the client on other hand. Communication went pretty smoothly as Codexsto really did everything what was possible on their hands to create vast and detailed documentations, while notifying our project manager and the client on every taken step.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Codexsto is not just a company, or an agency. When I met them, they all seemed very friendly and open to communication. After all, it's all about how you communicate. From initiation, over management, to the last microcopy of the interface. They really shine when it comes to making everything very clear and friendly. I am still not sure if I made new friends or if they are just that good.

Are there any areas for improvement?

I am most certain that there are always some areas for improvement, but I am also certain that Codexsto will cover those in future, as they are really agile and lean when it comes to making incremental improvements.

I am owner of Phoenix Engineering company. Our job is design and commissioning of High voltage substations.

I did not have logo and site of company. Codexsto made for my company website,business cards, letterheads,print design and company logo.

My company is young one and we have idea to have some brand company. First step is logo and website. I let go Codexsto to prepare few solutions for logo and web design.

My friends from IT world given me a few web design companies and I choose Codexsto.

All job we done via mail and skype what is big benefit for me and save my time. First meeting I introduce my ideas about web and what should be there. Then they prepare few logos and I choose one. All pictures and some text for site was send by me. After 10 days they have some basic version which was very good. In 2-3 interaction site was finished. Then they start to prepare business cards and letterheads. Everything have been done 7 weeks.

I spoke with GM first time and after that with lead engineer for website all the time.

In 7 weeks everything was done.

We are german based company for Interior, Product, Scenographie and Architecture. We work on multi disciplinary projects and love to create and develop.

Almost everything regarding the webdevelopment of our new homepage. We established with codexsto our needs and whishes. We challenged codexsto due to our lack of expertise, their expertise and in depth knowledge where a joyfull colloboration, the result is marvellous and had a great impact.

The selection process had been quite a challenge. Cost was an issue due to our budget range. We decided to look and found a few companies. Codexsto made us an offer and gave us all the factors that led us to go with codexto and to work with them.

The decision to work with them was perfect. Based on our formal design codexsto designed further details, developed, configured, and launched the backend business managment solution. Including desired features, key functionalities, and technial requirements.

The projects team had about 2-3 people, but mainly certain individuals where on the project. We had a great project manager who was our direct and permanent point of contact. Constant updates on how the project is evolving.

The final result is surprisingly and witty. It will have a impact. More in a few months.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

We communicated over zoom and email. Zoom is a major effective tool to communicate easily and on professional level. Even working abroad there has been no language barrier or time difference.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their technical knowledge and great attitude distinguishes codexsto.

Are there any areas for improvement?

There is at this stage little to improve, but it is an on going process which needs further impact. There is always room for improvement.
