I was project coordinator at Lafa - Ecommerce startup with stakeholder Salad LLC (Marketing agency). Salad LLC hired me as project manager/coordinator in order to find dedicated team capable to make big ecommerce project from the very beginning as their first steps were unsuccessful.

Codeska had to enter startup with their dedicated team, with 2 backend 2 frontend and 1 UX/UI designer. There should also be mobile engineer after MVP study. Codeska also performed deep business understanding and helped us to make new business logics of the project. Also they we responisble for terms and quality of code, so we also hired their CTO on part time basis.

Codeska successfully performed woth startup called Shipnext, with of of their modules while I was project manager at this project. Based on my previous impressions, I didn't hesitate to recommend them to my stakeholders.

Lafa startup based in Odesa and their goal was to enter Ukraine market of deliveries, covering with tight web of couriers and darkstores. The first idea was to unite as much deliveries as possible and send them with one courier. This logics lead to time economy and possible big investitions in future from big retailers.

1 CTO, two backend and frontend engineers (node.js/Typescript and React), one UX/UI designer
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
As the result, we headed staright ahead to MVP stage and almost released. Unfortunately, project has been delayed due to Russian aggression which made this stratup temporariry unneccessary at these times. Nonetheless, Codeska team, as usual, showed great quality and responsibility and were at their work places up to the end of the startup. The team performed successfully and made a great contribution to Lafa's life.

The works were done by 2-weeks sprint as per agile development methodology. This was very effective and Codeska team showed very good performance

Great and fast communication, wide knowledge, code quality and business logics understanding - they recommended us what NOT to do, it's very valuable

Top team, I didn't find what to improve. I hope we will resume startup shortly.
