The insights and feedback we gained from Codefia has been outstanding so far. Due to their relentless support our project has been progressing at a tremendous pace since we hired them.

Very effective since we've met on a regulare base to discuss the progress.

How supportive they have been from the beginning on. We felt like they took us seriously as a business partner and customer. All questions and requests have been dealt with in a timely and professional matter. The current results are impressive and beyond what we imagined before we started working with Codefia.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Since the project is still ongoing I couldn't spot any problems or areas for improvement yet, but so far they have proven to be the right fit for our project. We met all our timelines (some even earlier then planned in the beginning).

How did you select this vendor?

When choosing the contractor for the project, it was important to us both the experience of the contractor, as well as the great sense of aesthetics and the sense of good taste. In Codefia we found all the elements that were important to us.

Codefia prepared a mock-up of the project for us and proposed the final appearance of the site based on our assumptions and requirements. Based on the presented concepts, we chose one of the options that in our opinion seemed to hit the spot. Then the process of coding the website began, which proceeded calmly, we received, in accordance with our wishes, information about the current state of the project. Thanks to this, we were able to finish the project reasonably smoothly at the intended time and price.

The team consisted of 3 people, including a web designer, frontend developer and backend developer.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

By implementing a modern content management system and automating the publication of information about our company, products and portfolio, our team can focus on increasing the efficiency of attracting new clients.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

Cooperation with Codefia was calm and without major problems. Quickly responded to reported bugs and errors. They improved them on a regular basis or within a maximum of 2 or 3 days. Communication with them is great, you can meet them in chat or by teleconference. Most often we used Skype.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The company's management was very involved in the project and followed progress, which we had an insight into the stages of the project.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Not much can be improved, generally, the company provides very good services at a high level. They try to fulfil their promises and deliver what we agreed on.

We invited a designer from Codefia to our company to develop a preliminary look of the website. After the meeting, the company prepared several concepts based on which we chose one and commissioned programming work.

We are currently testing the site, but we can initially say that it will increase our profits.

How did you select this vendor?

Codefia was chosen as a result of a decision-making process, which it was supposed to exclude from many companies invited to the tender. Codefia has received the most points based on the adopted evaluation criteria.

The first step in the project was to prepare a graphic design that reflects our assumptions. Then, after accepting the graphic design, the contractor started programming the website.

A graphic designer, web designer and programmer participated in the team.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

The reason for ordering a new website was to refresh the Clean Green brand. The first element was the implementation of the graphic design, followed by its implementation in the form of a website. Thanks to this approach, our company is now more visible in the local market.

Project management was easy, I had direct contact with the project manager, who reported on a weekly basis the progress of work on the project. In addition, we used tools such as GIT, Jira and Skype.

In this company, the flexibility in approaching the client is amazing when the client wants to change the functionality of the project.

I am not sure what should be improved in the functioning of the company. Everything is fine for me.

All the projects we prepared were published on an old website not adapted to create content and publications on the internet. We needed an internet platform that would allow the automation of the process.

Our goal was to implement an online system allowing publication from one administrative panel.

We chose Codefia from other agencies. We held several meetings to ensure that the company has the experience and the right competencies to complete the project at the right time and cost.

The platform has influenced our business from the first day of launch. Thanks to the possibility of publishing online trainings, we were ahead of the competition by a few steps.

They worked fast, and we’re happy with the results. It took about four weeks to finish the project, though they also made complimentary minor changes after the launch.

While the project took a bit longer than expected, they completed the project efficiently and quickly. In terms of costs, their pricing was higher than the competition’s, but it was still reasonable.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I appreciated that they were involved with the process and how seriously they took it.

Aside from being even faster, I have no issues with their service at all.
