I am the accounts and technical director at the TuneSick copany. We are a music streaming and sharing platform.

For what projects/services did your company hire codecreate, and what were your goals?

We are a music streaming and sharing platform, allowing people to listen to and download music all over the globe.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

After a search using online job pools, we found Supatim to be the most suitable, due to experience, know how, communication and low cost. We started pretty much straight away.

Initially, we actually wanted an audio streaming and sharing site, with the full functionality of a modern music platform; but Supatim did not quite meet the full requirements of the project. So we ended up settling with a basic audio playback site with very limited functionality. However, it was still very good bearing in mind the cost and it was good enough for us to work with for a short while, before we had to upgrade the site, using another contractor.

Just Supatim.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We had a very good response from the site, with a high uptake of users and very good user feedback. The design was great and it allowed us to get off our feet.

Very good to talk to, always responds. There were some problems at the latter stages, when it was clear that the site would not meet the full functionality, communication started to break down. But generally, it was good.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The team knows a lot about the field. They're very resourceful and knowledgeable.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I think in the future, very clear objectives would need to be set, with a full and comprehensive breakdown of the requirements, to avoid any misunderstanding in communication. If this can be done, then it should be a very good project.

I don’t have any evidence because he completed it long time ago but I can assure that the team will give you support until you are fully satisfied.

I've searched for an online developper, and I'm really satisfied with the work produced by codecreate. They were reactive and produced great work that corresponded precisely to our demands.

I've send a psd or xd file of the project, and they make the developement and the integration. Most of my works are based on wordpress, but they also purpose custom development on other cms and apps
