Client had a project live and they needed support from our developers as the developers assigned to the project. The project is in the events industry and because of this had tight deadlines. The main deliverables of the project were completion of an application, creation of a web landing page and integration with third party software to process registrations.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Alex and his team came in, took full responsibility and ownership of the project and worked in conjunction with the client's project manager to finish the project on time and within budget. The team went above and beyond to make sure they could iron out all the kinks based on customer feedback and delivered a successful product for the event. The team performed so well that the client has specifically requested that they be placed on new projects that they are now starting development on.

They delivered items on time and as per the deadlines communicated by them. They were always very responsive to all communication and at no point during the project and current projects have we felt like they have lacked in either professionalism or proper communication etiquette. Very happy with Alex and his team.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their flexibility and their professionalism are impressive. They are very talented developers but it is their communication skills and the ability to understand client requirements that set them above the competition.

Are there any areas for improvement or something CodeCrafters could have done differently?

The only area that I can think of where they could improve is providing developers in more timezones, this should allow them to serve a global client base without any hiccups.

The platform, deployed within a month, offers SMS verifications, video calls, appointment scheduling, and personal doctor websites. It operates on Amazon's secure infrastructure, adhering to top-tier security practices for patient data protection and GDRP regulatory compliance.

The project management consistently maintained control over the development process. When uncertainties arose during development, a range of potential solutions were proposed, facilitating effective issue resolution. Our role primarily involved decision-making based on our specific requirements.

On the technical front, regular weekly calls were scheduled to showcase the ongoing progress and deliberate on the chosen approach for feature development. This structured approach ensured clear communication and alignment between us.

What was most impressive was the team's passion to deliver exceptional results and create a superior product that we, as clients, could take pride in. Moreover, I appreciated the promptness of deliverables and witnessing tangible results within days of starting the project. The continuous delivery infrastructure was in place from the beginning, allowing us to observe all progress immediately.

Are there any areas for improvement or something CodeCrafters could have done differently?

I cannot identify any area where I can suggest that they could have achieved better results. Overall, I am happy with results.
