CodeBright’s deep analysis and involvement in our business needs are what made us pick them.

The project had several stages: analysis of our needs, proposal with a solution that would solve our problem, development of the ERP software, testing, and training.

CodeBright team consisted of the CEO, PM, business analysts, software developers, and testers. PM was the one with who we were the most in touch, he kept us informed about the progress of the project.

As a result of the creation of the ERP software, we drastically reduced our operating costs, and saved the time of our team. Now, our processes are more efficient, which also results in improved financial results for our company.

We communicated almost on a daily basis. The project manager was highly engaged and ready to answer our questions at any time. They prepared demos for us every 2 weeks.

Their dedication to truly improving the business of their clients is exceptional. The resulting product fulfilled all our requirements and was ready on time. Also, the communication process was smooth, which assured us that CodeBright was working on creating a high-quality product for our company.

The final product fulfills all our requirements, we are happy with the outcomes and will recommend CodeBright to our partners.

I now have a web presence, potential clients can find and hire me for projects they have.

The development process was pretty smooth, we use a few handy tools to streamline our communication and collaboration, had regular check-ins and status updates. I felt well informed and in control of the process.

Team’s patience with me, I’m not the most tech savvy person, they took their time to make sure I knew what’s going on, what’s going to be next etc.

The initial project took around 2-3 months. The team was responsible for the project from start to finish including design, content creation, development, quality assurance and deployment.

We always worked with one person, not sure about the team composition.

The updated website is more user-friendly and has provided a more modern and up-to-date image for the whole organization. We’ve received positive feedback from organization members.

We met a few times in person and over the phone to share our vision. The team combined our ideas with their own and at the end provided a great finished product. After the launch, we went through a period of fine-tuning. Overall, we found the process to be very efficient and effective.

Their persistence stands out. Even though they haven’t worked in the DNA genealogy research field before, they’ve been working hard to bridge the gap.
