Well I worked with them in a previous job I was in for 2 years. When I started my own business, I literally didn't even think of anyone else because I had such a great experience with them. I think that says it all.

The measurable outcomes were that I hired them, saw their work, and continue to work with them over and over again for the past 7+ years.

Yes in just about every outcome. In the rare chances things got pushed, they were very proactive in explaining why and resetting expectations.

I really loved our workflow. We came up with a great system that made it very easy to manage all the projects we worked on together. It always got done correctly and on time. That's about all I can ask for from a vendor!

Honestly not much, unless they somehow develop telepathy and can simply read thoughts out of my brain and do them before I ask :)

We needed a reliable, scalable website that would reflect our new branding and design. Our previous version was unstable, buggy, lacked proper security, and was not scalable. With the World Football Summit deadline fast approaching, CodeArt suggested developing a new, custom theme to streamline the process and ensure the site would be future-ready. Despite the tight timeframe, they worked diligently to review, refine the design, develop, and deploy the site. The results exceeded our expectations, delivering a robust, high-performance website right on time.

The custom theme was SEO-optimized, mobile-friendly, pixel-perfect, and carefully crafted with UX in mind. They offered valuable market-fit suggestions and ensured the design was user-friendly, aligning with best practices.

Additionally, we requested a web template to quickly build landing pages for marketing purposes. CodeArt delivered flawlessly, providing an intuitive drag-and-drop interface that allowed us to create landing pages with our branding and layouts in no time.

The outcomes from this project demonstrate clear success. Client feedback has been excellent, with the new website perfectly aligning with our branding. CodeArt also added animations that enriched the content and improved the user experience.

The easy-to-build landing pages sped up our marketing campaigns, allowing us to launch quickly. Communication was minimal but effective—just one meeting and a clear script, and CodeArt understood our vision, delivering exactly what we needed without additional explanations.

I’m the business development lead at Gratia, a SaaS company specializing in rewards and recognition.

What challenge were you trying to address with Codeart?

We needed help with web design and development to increase our online visibility, brand awareness, and sales.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We started by briefing Codeart on our idea. Then, we delivered all the website content in written form. Once they had the text, they crafted three beta versions for us to choose the direction of the design and style we would go for. Once we defined the overall design, they designed all the other pages on the website.

The key technologies they used were Figma for the design and custom coding in WordPress for the development.

What is the team composition?

We were in contact with three people from Codeart, including the two owners. One of them was the head of design, who was working together with another colleague from the design team. We also met with the other co-founder, who was the head of development.

How did you come to work with Codeart?

We heard about them through word of mouth. We were confident Codeart would deliver a good product on time and at a good price.

We spent over €5,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked with them from Januar to March 2024.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We were a startup company just getting started, so we couldn’t say that the website was crucial for our results. However, we received a beautiful website. It had nice drop-down menus, engaging contact forms, and demos, and everything on the backend was clear and simple.

There were no unnecessary plug-ins, either. Codeart simply made the website as it should be. It met our expectations.

How did Codeart perform from a project management standpoint?

Everything from the budget to timing to communication was right on point. We communicated through Figma and email.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Codeart was great at web design and development. I liked the whole team. They were perfect and did a good job.

We hide Codeart to be responsible for our tech platform—from the day to day tasks of running a custom build to creating new features and optimising old ones. Immediately they gave us great advice: do this, don't do this, this won't have enough impact, this is probably where you should focus. When faced with problems, they were also super helpful, recommending several paths we could take and explaining the benefits or problems of each, with our budget in mind.

In general, the tasks were to increase how many payments were processed on our platform, close off secrity vulnerabilities, optimise pages and provide us with a way of seeing how well our platform was doing.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We processed 80% more cashless payments on our platform over the last 12 months, when compared with the previous period. That's our absolute key metric.

Page load times have improved by about 30-40%

We have several new pages and features that work smoothly and bug-free.

They gave great communication, and when there was an emergency (like a scammer testing card payments on our system) there was immediate response. We felt like we were in good hands. Products were delivered more or less on time, and we had continual and prompt communication with their team, via Slack, ClickUp and in rare cases email.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They have intelligent developers, not just doing what was asked of them. If we told them to develop something in a particular way, before they began work on it they would point out flaws and suggest alternatives. We have previously worked with developers who just follow a brief and don't realise problems until the end. Working with Codeart was much better.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Codeart could have done differently?

Nope, we were completely satisfied. If they were missing something, I'm not sure what that something is!
