We were able to keep the speed of development needed to go to the market and onboard customers. The tech lead has great management skills, the ability to discuss what business problems we want to solve for our customers and recommend solutions on a very high level.

We use Jira as our main project management tool.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Excellent communication skills and a good understanding of the cultural difference between other parts of the development team from other parts of the world.

Our staff, like in most companies, is limited so we have a specific team lead on our side handling our website goals who interfaces with Code Pilots’ team to make sure things are moving in the right direction. Code Pilots has a diverse team of professionals that make it easy to get things done in a timely manner.

Our website and associated traffic have grown by leaps and bounds since working with Code-Pilots. Like all websites, it's still a work in progress and it continues to grow and improve.

Code-Pilots is on top of all tasks and makes sure everything is done on time. We communicate through Slack and Asana, and have created a great workflow that led to achieving the website we were after.
