The scope of work included the complete design and development of the institutional website, encompassing everything from visual conceptualization and information architecture to technical implementation and launch.

Key deliverables included a modern, responsive web design, frontend and backend development, optimization for various devices and browsers, and the configuration of a content management system to facilitate site administration and updates.

Additionally, the project encompassed functional testing, final adjustments, support during the launch process, and technical assistance, ensuring a stable, functional final product aligned with the institution's objectives.

They applied the SCRUM framework to manage projects. For each project they use Product Vision, Product Backlog, Release Map, Sprints with Sprint Planning, Sprint Backlog, Sprint schedule plan, Activities Execution based on schedule plan and Kanban board, Daily Scrum Meetings, Sprint Reviews, Sprint retrospective, MVP's and go live MVP's based on the Release Map.

The deliverables were generated on time, quality and cost.

Any need that emerged during each project execution was managed by putting the new change in the product backlog and decide in which sprint was going to be applied that change and thus also changing the release map.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They are experts in their respective fields of knowledge as SCRUM Master, SCRUM Technical Supervisor, SCRUM Team, Sponsor (Code Castle CEO) and Sales Executive. They know how to document requirements for each system, which is a key success factor. They do periodical follow ups consistently. And another key success factor: they apply quality assurance during the coding activities for each sprint. Any issue that ocurred in any sprint was dicussed openly and transparently and we as a team with Code Castle team for each project, identified the root causes for each issue and then worked in defining and executing action plans to solve those issues. The end users trainings were excellent.
