"“Everything worked well for us.”"

**BACKGROUND**
Introduce your business and what you do there.I’m the CEO and founder of an ads management platform.

**OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE**
What challenge were you trying to address with Clustox? We were working on a product and needed additional resources. Since we were taking time to specialize in a certain technology, we decided to outsource resources from Clustox.

**SOLUTION**
What was the scope of their involvement? Our team needed engineers specialized in frontend development that used PHP and React. Cluxtox helped us get the right resources to do the job for us. How did you come to work with Clustox?Clustox had good brand recognition in the industry; I researched more about them on Google and decided to talk to them. In the end, I decided to go with them. What is the status of this engagement? The project lasted from September 2022–January 2023.

**RESULTS & FEEDBACK**
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? We had a few KPIs that were unique to our project, including quality and the number of QA cycles we had to go through. We also tracked the number of bugs, the timeline, and the support we received from Clustox. How did Clustox perform from a project management standpoint? We had a baseline for measuring timeliness: everything must be delivered with a maximum delay of 10% of the originally planned schedule. That was the case with Clustox. For tools, we mainly used Slack and email. What did you find most impressive about them? They always had a lead on their end who could understand our requirements when their resources couldn’t. Are there any areas they could improve? They could improve their communication. The team could have better follow-up and a better reporting channel in terms of the time spent by their resources. To be fair, we had another common language. In the end, everything worked well for us.Do you have any advice for potential customers? Before going to the engineering resource, talk to Clustox’s lead. If they fully understand your needs, they’ll choose better resources.

Online Search

Why did you select Clustox over others?

Other

What was the size of Clustox’s team?

6-10 Employees

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

The relationship began with Clustox contributing a single developer as part of a larger team of independent developers in different parts of the world. Over time, we began to assign more parts of the development to Clustox, ultimately assigning 100% the final stages of development to Clustox; they provided a full spectrum development process - completing all aspects of the development and ultimately launch on to the App Store and Google Play.

**RESULTS & FEEDBACK**
What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

All aspects of the app worked to spec; that app was fully functioning on the app stores.
Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Project management was an organic process, it started out light from the Clustox side, but that was because our internal management processes drove most of the project management. Clustox put resources at our disposal as necessary; not every task/phase was always right the first time nor on time, but the team had a great attitude. They always quickly recognized issues and made appropriate steps to make them right.

What was your primary form of communication with Clustox?

Virtual Meeting

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The team spirit was very good, pleasant to work with ; senior management oversight was present throughout.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Clustox could have done differently?

Clustox was going thru a rapid growth during the project, almost all of the team members were young, - that said, they all seemed well trained - just lacking in experience sometimes. Having a few more seasoned members on the team would have been useful - at the same time, I negotiated attractive rates.

How did they respond to your needs?Overall yes - the Clustox team had excellent project managers that ensured tasks were properly assessed and sized prior to sprint commencement. The project managers were always on hand to listen to new ideas, and assess feasibility given time and budgetary constraints. This is far more than I can say for many other individuals and agencies we've worked with. Are there any areas for improvement or something Clustox could have done differently?Given the oftentimes stressful conditions they were operating under, I only have praise for the work Clustox did for us. Of course there are always areas that can be improved, and Clustox proved time and again that they were willing to take constructive feedback, and apply it immediately for better outcomes.

**BACKGROUND**
Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the VP of engineering for a SaaS-based communications platform. We provide software that allows organizations to help their workforce become better communicators.

**OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE**
What challenge were you trying to address with Clustox?

We needed a new development partner.

**SOLUTION**
What was the scope of their involvement?

First, our previous development partner conducted an in-person handoff and worked closely with Clustox, who then took over. The team is now in charge of building out our platform and maintaining it. They add new features and fix bugs as needed.

They use Angular for the frontend, Python for the backend, and PostgreSQL to manage our database. Additionally, the team uses Ruby on Rails as our middleware stack and Jupyter Notebook for data science.

Although they don’t provide design work, we like to have them participate in those efforts. The Clustox team collaborates with our internal team on product design, UX design, and customer journey mapping. Additionally, they provide AWS infrastructure management and QA and data science services.

What is the team composition?

We work with five teammates. Omer (Director Engineering) is our tech lead, while Ata and Muzammal (Senior Software Engineers) are our leading developers. We also work with Rizwana (Senior Software QA Engineer) and Wazeem (Software Engineer).

How did you come to work with Clustox?

Muzammal was a contractor for our previous development partner and was already knowledgeable on the project, so it made sense to hire Clustox with him as a part of the team.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent between $80,000–$100,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

The project started in March 2021 and is ongoing.

**RESULTS & FEEDBACK**
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Clustox has made significant contributions to our platform. For example, they’ve resolved some of our issues with scalability. A part of our testing process is having a headless browser join virtual meetings. Before, we could only support 2–3 headless browsers, but we can now handle over 100.

How did Clustox perform from a project management standpoint?

Their project management is fantastic. They’re not afraid to have difficult conversations and offer their opinions. Clustox is transparent when it comes to issues — they quickly highlight any challenges and suggest alternative solutions.

To communicate, we exchange messages on Slack every day. We also have 2–3 huddles every week.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Clustox is a knowledgeable team that delivers very well. It takes them a couple of sprints to solve the more challenging problems, but they’re genuinely committed to the project.

They’re also really friendly. The Clustox team is a joy to work with, and we have a good time when we all get together. We can feel that they care about what they’re building and are emotionally invested in the product.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, there’s nothing I can think of that they can improve.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Don’t keep them at arm’s length. Make them part of your organization, invite them into discussions, and allow them to voice their opinions and concerns. They’re a fantastic partner.

**The Review** — Oct 6, 2021

**Feedback Summary**: The client had seen a huge performance improvement since Clustox began working with them. Their customer base also increased alongside a significant decrease in customer complaints. The partners communicate via phone calls and WebDex meetings, maintaining commitment for the partnership.
""During crunch time of the project, their resources spend extra time to fulfill our project needs.""

**BACKGROUND**
Please describe your company and your position there.

I was Senior Middleware Analyst in Ooredoo Qatar and was responsible for managing the integration projects. Ooredoo Qatar is a leading telecom service provider in Qatar.

**OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE**
For what projects/services did your company hire Clustox?

We hired 2-4 consults from Clustox in offshore model to improve our integration services used for omni channels like mobile app, website, IVR and Ooredoo Self Service Machines. We also engaged Clustox engineers to develop our change requests and mobile backend services based on the current business needs.

**SOLUTION**
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

As Ooredoo is a big enterprise, so we have a dedicated procurement team and they shortlisted Clustox based on these factors: Technical Skills, Cost, and Previous Experience

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

Our integration services framework is being used across the company to expose REST and Webserivces to different channels like mobile app, Ooredoo Website, IVR, B2B Partners etc. These integration services provide different capabilities which includes:

Topup/Recharge
	Bill Payment
	Prepaid and Postpaid Product Activation
	Purchasing Mobiles through Vending Machines
Customer 360 view for current services As the customer base was increasing, we started receiving more requests/load to activate/inquire products through Mobile App, Website, IVR and Ooredoo SSM.
There were significant issue and delays while activating customer products. We engaged Clustox to revamp our integration services to improve the performance. Here are the different phases of the project:

Preparing Inventory of existing integration services.
Review the performance and shortlist integration services which were causing performance issues.
Creating Project Plan to revamp the problematic services
	Development
	SIT
	UAT
	Performance Testing
	Go Live
How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We started initially with 2 resources and over the period of the time, team size increased to 4. Their positions were: 2 Senior Integration Consultants, 1 Integration Consultant, and 1 Junior Integration Consultant. In the last year, team size decreased to 1 and we were utilizing this resource to implement our change requests and mobile backend services.

**RESULTS & FEEDBACK**
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Integration Framework is the core of Ooredoo IT. After implementing this project we observed a huge performance improvement in product activations and customer inquiries. Our customer based increased and we also noticed a significant decrease in customer complaints.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Mostly we were communicating with them over the phone and webex meetings. Clustox delivered everything on time and with quality.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We were really impressed with their work and commitment. During crunch time of the project, their resources spend extra time to fulfill our project needs. And even with 2hrs time difference, they always worked according to our timezone.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We wis that they could help us our CRM and Billing teams to improve their workflows. But it was out of the scope for Clustox.

**The Review** — Sep 24, 2021

**Feedback Summary**: Internal stakeholders and the customer were pleased with Clustox’s work. The results were very close to the revenue predictions in the end. They acted like a trusted advisor, and the team stood out for being upfront and transparent. Overall, they were accommodating and committed to the project.
""Their integrity, technical expertise, and leadership principles were strong.""

**BACKGROUND**
Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the director of business analytics of a small consulting organization. We’re in the data space, so we primarily work on data finance projects.

**OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE**
What challenge were you trying to address with Clustox?

We were working on a project with a customer. It was extremely challenging in terms of timelines, so we needed an extra pair of hands. Also, it was uncharted territory for us, so we didn’t know what machine learning algorithm would be the best in those scenarios. We reached out to Clustox, and they offered us their assistance.

**SOLUTION**
What was the scope of their involvement?

Clustox did a sentiment analysis based on what our customer saw on social media. Then, they connected those sentiments to form a 360-view and did a scoring that correlated to our revenue stream. We tried out different models, and we ended up going with Python. We also tried multiple machine learning algorithms. Finally, we picked the best-performing index base.

What is the team composition?

We had 2–3 full-time resources to support the project. One of them was a solution architect, and they shared their knowledge in that aspect.

How did you come to work with Clustox?

I wish I’d known about Clutch and used the authenticated reviews. Our approach was to look for first-hand experience. A couple of friends had worked with Clustox, and they gave great feedback about them. They were professional, and the team had the skill set and the willingness to help out and go the extra mile.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent between $50,000–$200,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from January 2020–July 2021.

**RESULTS & FEEDBACK**
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

They helped us with a particular problem. We had to ensure that the production model we were building was accurate, so that was our benchmark. Clustox tried out multiple algorithms and techniques to predict and correlate the geo factors.

In summary, our measure of success was the scene. At the end of the day, we were very close to the revenue results. Therefore, both senior management and the customer were very happy with the overall work.

How did Clustox perform from a project management standpoint?

Clustox’s team was 100% offshore, but we didn’t have a language barrier. We had slight hiccups, but they were more technological than organizational. They made sure the ships were aligned, and the commitment was on point. Their team was more than accommodating in terms of timeline.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They were upfront and transparent. They quickly fell into the role of trusted advisor. Moreover, their integrity, technical expertise, and leadership principles were strong.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Their overall technical approach was very sound, but they could fine-tune their sales pitch — it put us off initially. Once we spoke to them in person and had those demo sessions, we were sure they knew what they were talking about.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Be upfront about any dependencies or working requirements. They’re very accommodating, but it’s important to mention that if you’re working remotely with a company.

**The Review** — Aug 5, 2021

**Feedback Summary**: A highly scalable and responsive team, Clustox was able to guarantee and execute a quick turnaround time for the project, which the client has deemed a success. Their ability to promptly fix errors has also contributed to the seamlessness of the app's user experience.
""They run a tight ship at Clustox. They have a hunger for getting things right."

 "

**BACKGROUND**
Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the co-founder and COO of a company that’s in the health and technology space.

**OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE**
What challenge were you trying to address with Clustox?

We needed to develop a technology platform that could support our customers who require health tech support in the advancing world. We were trying to get into the market quickly and we had a tight timeline of eight weeks, so we brought in Clustox to help us.

**SOLUTION**
What was the scope of their involvement?

We needed wireframes to be developed for our product, so we made sure to communicate the use cases clearly to Clustox. They built an iOS and Android app and the work was done remotely.

We’ve gone beyond the MVP stage and the team continues to build out the platform.

What is the team composition?

I’ve interacted with five people at different stages but there are definitely more people working on it.

How did you come to work with Clustox?

Out of the different people we’ve interacted with, Clustox promised the quickest turnaround time. We were a little hesitant as to whether they’d stick to the schedule because we’d never worked with them before, but we decided to take them in regardless.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent $25,000–$50,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in February 2021 and the engagement is still ongoing.

**RESULTS & FEEDBACK**
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

One of the things we’ve looked at is how the users experience the product. There haven’t been any major issues, just some glitches on older phone models.

Every new application is bound to have some bugs, so we pay attention to how quickly Clustox could resolve them. It has gone a lot more smoothly than we expected. Their team is very accessible; they immediately attend to any bugs that we report through Asana.

How did Clustox perform from a project management standpoint?

It’s a very interactive partnership; it doesn’t feel like we were working with an external agency at all. They’ve become very much a part of our team during the process.

Clustox has kept to their promised timeline, which is why we’ve continued to work with them. They resolve issues quickly and send us frequent updates. There were instances when they could’ve handled issues faster, but they've met our expectations anyway and we’re quite satisfied with their work.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They get the job done and stick to their commitments. Salman (CEO), in particular, is very hands-on and always available to address any issues that get raised to him. He is highly involved with every project and deploys more people if needed.

They run a tight ship at Clustox. They have a hunger for getting things right.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, there aren’t any. We’ve largely benefited from the fact that we had the wireframes ready before we approached Clustox. The project didn’t take any longer than necessary.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

You need to be clear about your expectations and your requirements must be specific. Their team will try to zero in to do exactly what you’re asking for but the requirements document needs to be clear. It will save you time. We weren’t very specific in certain areas, and we ended up having to spend 2–3 hours just to drill down the exact technical requirements.

**BACKGROUND**
Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the founder and CEO of a healthcare digital startup. It’s a marketplace that operates in the developing world. It’s not for the west, the U.S., or Europe. Instead, it’s for underdeveloped countries where we’re trying to change how healthcare requirements are met and how we can help consumers connect seamlessly with their healthcare needs.

**OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE**
What challenge were you trying to address with Clustox?

We wanted a seamless integration of what we had on paper. As a result, we wanted an MVP we could introduce to the market in a short time, so we hired Clustox to lead our web and app development efforts.

**SOLUTION**
What was the scope of their involvement?

They did a holistic MVP for us that was both web and mobile-based. The mobile app was available for both iOS and Android users. The team was also in charge of integrating the UX design on our platforms. Their team continues to work remotely and is currently conducting testing efforts.

What is the team composition?

We’re working with 5–8 people from Clustox, including their CEO, UX lead, and QC lead.

How did you come to work with Clustox?

They were recommended by someone we knew. We thought that they had a realistic description of our project’s expectations. They weren’t trying to be dishonest with us like most of the people we talked to. Above all, the timelines they could meet were better than what we expected.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent $10,000–$49,999.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in February 2021, and it’s ongoing.

**RESULTS & FEEDBACK**
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The work has been delivered on time and to our liking. We’re now testing the product and so far, it’s good. The quality of their work is acceptable. We keep adding enhancements as we continue the project to perfect our platforms.

How did Clustox perform from a project management standpoint?

They’ve been awesome, and I’m very happy with their project management process. The team hasn’t let us down throughout our partnership.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They have a good attitude, and they’re humble. On top of that, they’re capable of adhering to the deadlines we give to them. Above all, they’ve been flexible despite us deviating from our initial decisions.

Are there any areas they could improve?

To the outside world, Clustox may need to add a bit of fanfare to their work. However, if they were fancy, I wouldn’t have gone to them.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Explain your project. Listen to them and let them do their work.

**The Review** — Aug 12, 2021

**Feedback Summary**: Internal stakeholders were pleased with the engagement. The system Clustox developed customized voice recorders. The voice messaging feature supports overpower errors in old-style written communications, letting customers and businesses connect in an innovative way.
""I instantly got the feeling of honesty, fortitude, modernization, and pleasantness from these folks.""

**BACKGROUND**
Please describe your company and your position there.

I’m the Chief Technology Officer at Telbe. It is an interactive platform that simplifies communication and lets businesses maintain healthy engagement with their customers via audio discussion. The Telbe Vox allows you to record voice messages over your desktop or mobile phone. You can then collect voice notes from the client support and answer by voice.

**OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE**
For what projects/services did your company hire Clustox, and what were your goals?

Retaining a successful agile team in a brand-new project is an intimidating challenge. You need to have all the benefactors and sources on the same page without disturbing the workflow. Building an Audio Recorder that provisions all main browsers, mobile gadgets and works effortlessly is a big task. This is for it enhances subsisting solutions to our requirements.

Furthermore, the audio recording file must be good in quality and lower in magnitude so that it can upload with any poor system or network. A different challenge is to transport an exceedingly modified plugin connected to the customer website with no trouble and assist high traffic once installed. Partaking in the right planning assessments, both in development and cloud setup, are indispensable for consistency.

**SOLUTION**
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

The team at Clustox was well-equipped with resources to cater to our unique needs. They enabled the spot-on agile principles and working out resources to run efficacious sprints that deliver simple reiterations and abbreviate the feedback order.

The tech experts exasperated different open-source possibilities available, subsequently modifying an open-source development to link our requirements. The team opted to build an exceedingly scalable cloud infrastructure with the support of Google Cloud and Kubernetes.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

I found their team from Clutch after enquiring about probable agencies to work with. In our short intro call, I decided to go with Clustox experts. I instantly got the feeling of honesty, fortitude, modernization, and pleasantness from these folks. It was overall remarkable teamwork, communication, and smooth delivery.

We were extremely satisfied with the way they handled our feedback, requirements, and system approach. Furthermore, they ensured that whatever was committed was delivered in a timely fashion. They also were in continuous contact whenever we asked for maintenance or other services.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

A project manager was the main for the contact throughout the process. There were also 4 full-stack developers and the designer.

**RESULTS & FEEDBACK**
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Telbe is being used by a lot of businesses and so far, we have very satisfied feedback and review. The system helps to produce and customize your voice recorders. Telbe voice messaging supports you overpower errors that transpire in old-style written communications, letting you reconnect with your clients in a new fashion.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

We have been very much in touch. We had conversations on Skype and held e-meetings on Zoom. Mostly we sent over requests by email. And, yes, they responded immediately. Phone calls were less in number as we didn’t need those to stay connected.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We’ve worked with quite a few service benefactors for the years. Nevertheless, team Clustox did amaze me with its all-inclusive and ground-breaking attitude. We’ve always felt their team’s honest intellect for my enterprise and their desire to see me flourish, so I’m forever involved in joining forces with them and progressing to the succeeding point

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Improvements are always welcome for team Clustox. They never disappointed us with gathering feedback and accommodating our requirements. Team collaborations were agile and seamless. They love to chit-chat and do virtual meetups.

## Portfolio & Awards

### WISRAN — Measures farm activities to reduce Cost
WISRAN is a ground-breaking startup idea for the agriculture industry and is nominated by MIT boot camp as well.  It measures labor and other efficiencies in farming. It uses data science to gauge time discrepancies in farming.
Challenges
We had limited time and budget with a complex project. We had to prove our idea, by developing an MVP, within a season, i.e. 3 months. This project needed real-time activity mapping. Industrial farming vehicles have different sizes, speeds, and actions on many variables. We had to develop a rule engine for analyzing a broad set of variables and determining current activity and its relative stage. Scalability was a challenge as adding a single node in the system adds a huge volume of data. We had to design a decoupled architecture that keeps all software components, and the data pipeline and data aggregation engine in their optimally efficient state.
Solutions
Our experts have experience in managing large-and-medium complex projects. And it helped us in keeping this project on its planned trajectory. We followed Agile processes and divided relevant stories into sprints. We used Apache Kafka and Nifi to receive and channelize data streams, being relayed towards a rule engine powered by Apache Spark. It analyzed and made aggregations based on complex rules at high speed. The decoupled infrastructure plan was designed in three layers: a data pipeline, a core engine, and a data layer. Each of these layers is a multi-node system, and we can add multiple nodes in each layer according to the system’s demand. Our onsite manager visited the original site and conducted dozens of interviews with business stakeholders, and vehicle operators to improve this idea further.
Results
WISRAN is live with an Android and an iOS app. It has now successfully automated 56713 acres of industrial agriculture fields and made its way to Australia by winning a grant from the Australian government. This project has the capacity for growth and modifications.

### BOOKAFY — Online Appointment Scheduling Software
BOOKAFY is an online booking app that lets users book their appointments for calls, meetings, demos and services themselves. They can even pay and reschedule their appointments without costly back-and-forth emails and phone tags. BOOKAFY has won the category leader award on getApp.com and was featured at Appsumo.com
Challenges
Scalability was the main challenge. Over the years, Bookafy got thousands of new users. To handle enormous traffic with zero downtime and frequent feature additions, we had to design a robust and highly scalable architectural infrastructure. Adding new features at an early stage, while keeping the workflow of existing users untouched was tricky. Using limited resources of an early-stage startup to support live users’ issues and adding new features required great micromanagement. Users’ feedback pushed Bookafy towards an evolution. We had to retain new and old users by incorporating their feedback while keeping all feedback in line with the core idea of the software.
Solutions
Scalable infrastructure design is the core expertise of team Clustox. We designed a robust infrastructure that split write, read operations, and divided load into multiple nodes. We used the load balancer to ensure the system’s 24 x 7 availability. Our project management process helped us in establishing L1 and L2 support for existing users. Issues were reported via emails and calls. Our project managers were always busy analyzing issues, user’s workflow, and all possible outcomes of fixes. Users’ feedback was the top priority for evolution. We restructured design, changed the workflow, and provided a customized user experience for non-paid customers while keeping the pace of enhancements steady. Fixing any issues faced by live users was our top priority during the entire course.
Results
Bookafy has around 25,000+ total active users. It is evolving with new features, and its growth indicators are pointing towards great success.

### SMART MD — Hospital Management System
Smart MD is a minimalistic hospital management system for public sector hospitals of Punjab. Through this app, patient registration processes in pharmacies and laboratories have been automated in different hospitals in Punjab.
Challenges
It was a complex business domain. Every process was manual in every hospital, and understanding various processes and automating them was a real challenge. No digital legacy existed before the deployment of this software. We had to start with basic data entry with completely untrained staff. The workflow of Smart MD needed to be as simple as possible. As more hospitals joined the network, the need for a highly scalable infrastructure emerged, because Smart MD was getting dozens of requests per second. Smart MD was automating emergencies of busy hospitals, so we had to ensure zero downtime. It could not be unavailable even at the time of deploying the code. We had to prove the usefulness of Smart MD in a short period with a small budget while understanding the business domain.
Solution
We did on-site visits, conducted interviews of hospital staff, departments, and roles to understand the existing process and problems. Training a completely naïve staff was a tedious job. We prepared training material and deployed training staff on-site to get end-users at ease with the system. As scalable infrastructure design is our core expertise, we designed robust infrastructure that split the write, read operations, and divided load in multiple nodes through the load balancer to ensure the system’s 24 x 7 availability. We also solved system availability by using a robust infrastructure. Our project management processes made this challenging endeavor possible in a short time with a limited budget, simplicity, and acceptance by end-users.
Result
Over 50 hospitals are using this app, and more are in the queue. This app has automated patient registering procedures in numerous pharmacies, laboratories, and hospitals in Punjab, Pakistan.

### FALCON EXPENSES — Expense Tracking Software
Falcon belongs to the Fintech industry and is a very dear client. This app combines different types of expense tracking software. We deployed tag management systems (Mix Panel), User Engagement Tools (Apptentive), and Analytics (Flurry, Google Analytics) for enhancing the User Experience.
Challenges
We had to revamp the solution from head to toe. The original code of this app is the Legacy Objective Code (MRC based code). Later on, Apple changed these techniques to ARC, and we had to revamp the whole code. The UI was old-fashioned as well. Code quality was quite poor. This was due to engaging numerous freelancers on this app. Multiple programmers wrote the code. As a result, the code quality was neither satisfactory nor in proper order. We had to revamp the solution from head to toe.
Solutions
We did revamp the solution successfully. Our expert developers managed to revamp the solution according to the new technology of ARC. The User Interface was redesigned as well. We improved the code quality and refactored the complete code to bring it in a neat and presentable form. With all the technical issues resolved now, the app can accurately scan the receipts and enter the data for the users automatically. With the option of Falcon Expenses, the mileage expenses can be tracked in different ways. We augmented the Log Billable Hours. The app uses an integrated timer to track billable hours. Billable hours are calculated based on the hourly rate provided by the user & the number of hours tracked. Our experts also added Email Expense Reports. These expense reports are in PDF or spreadsheet format - so that they can be shared with the users through emails.
Results
At present this app is working beautifully. It keeps a record of all the data, both in the case of time-based and distance-based payment. For distance-based payment, it also keeps a record of the map. Monthly reports are created in PDF or spreadsheet, and then the payments are made based on these reports.

### PS CONNECT — OS machine
A portable solution for the semi-integrated system as a software development key (SDK). It was presented in the Restaurant Tech Live Exhibition and BarTech in 2016 and 2017 individually.
Challenges
Application supported Android Version 4.1+. We had to deploy it in the POS machine - Casio VR 1000 Till. This machine used an older version of Android. It was tough to support the printers on Android. Debugging was hard because the network packets had to be sniffed. This was done to enable real-time monitoring and analyze data packets flowing through the networks in the system. Testing this app was a challenge. Using 25-30 card reader machines to test the app wasn’t possible. Thus, we needed an alternate testing method. After the deployment of the app to cater to issues we could not bring the complete systems to our office. Thus, we needed a suitable solution for this problem while keeping the user privacy concerns under consideration.
Solution
For Casio VR 1000 Till, we revamped the solution so that we could work in the older version of Android as well as, i.e., Android Version 2.3. We created custom designs. Provided support on the tablets of Samsung and Lenovo for the printers of HP and Zebra. To debug, we created and used a Custom Logging Framework. And, catered to the issue of network packet sniffing. We created a simulator for printer and card reader, which helped us in avoiding the need for physical machines. This simulator made testing easier. We developed automated and well-documented APIs for the developers. By using encrypted logs saved on the cloud database, we solved the issues while maintaining user privacy concerns (we only saved the tech data to be used in case of any dispute).
Result
PS Connect is working under Paymentsense in the semi-integrated solutions in which only the card reader machines and SDK are integrated, and POS is not provided. Reimbursement is done through bank cards. Though there is a wallet system for cashless drawings and credits.

### ICART — SaaS platform for errorless logistics
This is an amazing SaaS-based project for the Supply Chain Automation Industry. iCart is a multi-tenant app owned by Tech 10 Suite. It replaces heavy-duty machines and uses iPads and iPhones for scanning.
Challenges
We had to work on Inter-system Integration. It was difficult to make communication between different portions of the system because the communication could not be done on a single protocol. Secure protocols and security-sensitive validation was needed to be fulfilled. The next challenge was scanning the optimization of the iPad. We had to replace the bulky industrial scanners with iPads and iPhones and optimize the scanning process while using iOS devices. Business process redesign and optimization came next. Previously, the process of placing an order in the supply chain used to be very long, and multiple steps were involved in it. We had to optimize this process and make it user-friendly. User Training would have been hard because a solely new system was supposed to be implemented. It seemed to be a real challenge.
Solutions
Our team tirelessly worked on Inter-system Integration. We made all the communication between different systems more secure. We did not compromise on the system security and solved the problems involved in inter-system integration. We took care of the scanning optimization of the iPad’s as well. We optimized the scanning process via iPhones and iPad. Our experts analyzed and improvised the business process. We did a complete redesign and optimization. The system was made user-friendly and easy to use. We redesigned the business process and optimized it to the maximum level by reducing the number of steps. As the system was simple to use, the users got trained easily, and they coped well with the new setup. And quickly got used-to to the novelty of the system.
Results
iCart has 3000 paid users now out of 5000 total active users. It's evolving with new features continuously, and there is a huge scope for growth and scalability.

### TELBEE — Customer Engagement Software
It is an interactive platform that facilitates communication and allows businesses to maintain healthy engagement with their clients via audio chat. Telbee Vox lets you record voice messages through your desktop or mobile. You can receive voice notes from customers and reply by voice.
Challenges
Running a successful agile team in a new project is a big challenge. You have to make sure all stakeholders and resources are on the same page. Developing an Audio Recorder that supports all major browsers, mobile devices and works smoothly is a big task. It had to be capable of optimizing existing solutions. Besides, Not only the audio recording file should be good in quality but also lower in size so that it can upload with slow networks too. Another challenge was to bring about a highly customized plugin that can be installed on customer websites easily and can serve high traffic. Having the right architecture decisions, both in development and cloud infrastructure, are essential for reliability. Had to create and customize voice recorders. Had to work on Responsive Replies - Listen and reply by a voice note from your Telbee inbox. Build the easy linking option.  Link to your Vox pages or add them to your website. Telbee voice messaging helps you overcome flaws that occur in written communications, so you can relate to your clients better.
Solution
Enabling the true agile principles and training resources to run successful sprints that provide frequent iterations and shorten the feedback cycle. Tried different open source options available followed by customizing an open-source project. Built a highly scalable cloud infrastructure using google cloud and Kubernetes.
Result
Telbee is being used by a lot of businesses, and we have very satisfied reviews. The system helps to produce and customize voice recorders. Telbee voice messaging supports you to overcome errors that transpire in old-style written communications, letting you reconnect with your clients in a new fashion.
