The idea was to build a Generative AI application that takes a persons professional history, personalizes it to a certain job description without manipulating the information within, and curating resumes to the job description.

On the HR side, the goal was to use Generative AI agents as preliminary HR professionals to review applications and filter down to top 10 applicants for further interviewing and review.

My experience with CloudHire has been nothing short of frustrating, exhausting, and deeply disappointing. I signed up with genuine expectations based on the big promises made — automated job applications, relevant roles, and dedicated support. What I actually received was the complete opposite.

From day one, the onboarding was chaotic. I had to chase the team repeatedly just to get basic setup done. Emails were ignored for days, responses were vague, and nothing moved unless I followed up multiple times. Their support system is unresponsive, disorganized, and dismissive.

The platform claimed it would apply to thousands of relevant jobs, but in reality, it applied to barely a few dozen, and most of them had absolutely no connection to my skills or experience. It felt like the system was applying randomly, without any logic or alignment.

When I realized the service wasn’t delivering even 5% of what was promised, I requested a refund. What followed was a ridiculous loop of delays, excuses, and zero accountability.

I was constantly told someone would get back to me — no one did. I completed every requirement they imposed, including multiple AI interviews, yet they continued to delay the refund endlessly.

I am sharing this review so others don’t have to go through the same stressful, time-wasting, and disheartening experience. I strongly advise doing thorough research before trusting this platform with your time or money.
