Please describe your company and your position there.

I was a co-founder of the Troubleshoot, the social-oriented project in Kyiv, Ukraine.

For what projects/services did your company hire CloudFlex, and what were your goals?

My company hired Cloudflex to develop the end-to-end solution which included web (with admin panel) mobile apps for Android/iOS and backend. My goals were to introduce to the local community the system which could help different people solve their problems attracting governmental attention and give them the ability to find responsible specialists in the desired area in the shortest terms if governmental help is not available.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

The company has been chosen after the interview since their engineers were asking correct questions and were interested in product development. Deciding factors were costs vs time as well as their impressive portfolio.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

It was end-to-end development with a design sprint at the beginning and development after little research. Cloudflex collected our user stories and depending on them made business and decomposition right after which the development has started. During the development extensive testing was done to make sure all the bugs are caught.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

There was 1 Android, 1 iOS, 1 Manager, 1 QA/QC, and a part-time business analyst. All of them were senior-level specialists.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Generally, the product was great, there were no critical issues at the end of the day.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

We've communicated through Trello with regular stand-ups and separate weekly meetings for me and the manager. The company used Scrum but was agile and processed change requests where possible during the sprints. At the end of each sprint, they were making a demo during which they're collecting feedback and considering it in future development.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

For me it was the very readiness of the Cloudflex guys to be in touch with our team and to their genuine motivation to do good things for the society.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

The company did well but still, I hope in the future they'd be able to be more concrete regarding the efforts needed in the early stage.

We find the Cloudflex through referral and were selecting a company almost through 5 vendors. They were really look like professionals during the presentation which was confirmed during the development

The project itself was a development a social network telegram bot which should have helped with orders tracking and make the live customer queue smaller

There was a team of 4 members including manager, businesses analyst, QA and developer

Our coffee shop was able to process 3 times more client than usual after the software was launched

The project management was great, all the communications were effective and short. They met all the timelines and the team was flexible in terms of change requests

The speed of development, quality of end product, and professionalism during all the phases from analysis till real production

Their services were excellent.
