We work with worker's compensation insurance risk pools to monitor the progress of the injured workers claims. I am the CEO and founder of Sentinel Occupational Software.

For what projects/services did your company hire Cloudfiery?

Cloudfiery helped us take our SaaS application and made us HIPAA compliant. We had a short window to convert our unsecure environment to 100% HIPPA compliant using the Microsoft Azure platform. Cloudfiery understood the requirements and built our solution. They have expertise in Cloud infrastructure Setup, DevOps Automation, Security and Web Application.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Prior to finding Cloudfiery, we researched other cloud solution providers. We were quoted prices 20x higher. Other options were to host our application on their servers and pay monthly subscription costs that would become very expensive. We didn't sacrifice any functionality with Cloudfiery's solution. I would recommend Cloudfiery to anyone.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our application securely got hosted via CI/CD automation inside the cloud infrastructure. We achieved 100% HIPAA compliance state. We will continue working with Cloudfiery as our company grows

The communication was excellent. Demonstration meetings were provided as well.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Professionalism, Expertise in their field. HIPPA compliance 100 % security implementation. Transparency in all aspects of the project.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We are happy to continue to work with cloudfiery.

Cloudfiery was hired for managing our project management process, hosted the cloud infrastructure an automated way using DevOps.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We had discovered Cloudfiery through their website. Booked meetings with various vendors. However, decided to proceed with Cloudfiery. As they had the most experience in Cloud and DevOps and presented a roadmap with transparency of the implementation.

Our legacy infrastructure was on premise and were facing daily latency issues. There was a need for a better solution since it was impacting our day-to-day deliveries. Cloudfiery had suggested to automate the process through DevOps and transition it to the cloud.

Total of 4 resources worked, and their positions are as follows:

• Project Manager – Made sure of the timely deliveries
• Cloud Architect - Reviewed the existing process and designed the best industry standard prototype
• DevOps Engineer: Implemented the infrastructure resources as per the designed architecture. Installation of tools and services 
• Cloud Engineer: Replication of delivery information to the cloud environment

Our manual efforts have been transitioned through automation.  Our infrastructure is running smoother.

The communication was excellent as they used a project management tool to provide updates.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their technical expertise in the cloud and DevOps field was great. Also, transparency in keeping the team updated.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Just would like to encourage them to continue providing great service. After the entire implementation, they provided end to end demonstration which provided great insight and showcased transparency.

The Cloud-native containerization enhanced our applications agility and scaling. Now our infrastructure is automated, and Cloud Security was implemented to keep the data secure.

Support tickets were created. They are always there to communicate with our developers and provide any assistance if required.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The art of automation. They are always ready to provide recommendations to make the process efficient for their clients. Additionally, their professionalism is exemplary.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

It’s always a pleasure working with the Cloudfiery team. We would love to work on additional projects with them in the future. However more clear written communication with step-by-step instructions and screenshots would be an improvement.
