We’ve been impressed with the accuracy of the data inside the records, such as comments and the number of original records versus migrated records. We’ve measured the accuracy through random sampling.

The team also reduced data mismatch issues from the initial 8%–10% in sample pilot runs to <1% in the final deployment and had zero critical data loss incidents. The number of records matched in the source and destination platform was a measurable outcome. We also did random sampling of more than 1,000 records to identify any missing or wrong data formatting, but everything was right.Moreover, we mainly tracked system downtime to ensure our daily operations weren't interrupted. We also monitored data accuracy to guarantee zero records were lost.

We weren't sure about them at the start because we didn't meet in person. We were a little unconfident when we made the payment. However, everything turned out well, and the project was a success. Enabling in-person meetings at the start could have boosted our confidence.

ClonePartner successfully transferred over 1 million records within two weeks. The total number of records matched the source and destination systems, and the data match rate was over 98%. We also did random sampling to verify fields like email, phone, revenue, and status were accurate. Moreover, the team set up and made functional our store and knowledge base on the new platforms. We didn’t experience any downtime.
