Client required complete overhaul of legacy website to incorporate new brand identity and revised business model. Clio was included as part of an RFP and was awarded the contract for several reasons. To start, the clarity and understanding of the project was evident with the RFP response, by highlighting both what was asked and some clarifying questions/ comments to consider to improve the project. 
Requirements were to provide a collaborative process with a brand developer, myself as the marketing consultant and the client. While I was responsible for guiding the project, Clio was essential in helping identify and advise on proper site development from backend function to user experience with complete trust in their expertise. From scratch, the outcome was a new website that pulled in some core ecommerce from an old site, but new shell and new design.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Google analytics show content and SEO achieve what we set out to achieve. Customer use tells us the site is easy to navigate and meets the clients' needs. We defined success upon completion by the ease of working with the Clio team in meeting our internal deadlines (exceeding usually), by providing expertise not just order-taking (we are not the experts), and by the function of the site which is fast and maintained to the highest level.

Clio is highly responsive, always meeting or beating deadlines, and very clear and upfront with challenges and alternative advice when expectations were perhaps not realistic.

Clio is the most skilled web development company I have worked with that also has an eye on the business scope of the client to ensure the site is not just functional, but helps achieve goals. The client service was exceptional; Nat and his team always showed positivity through guidance and project completion. I've worked with web developers for 15 years and Clio offers the very best expertise at an appropriate rate with no surprises, exceptional customer service, and a joy to work with.

I have no feedback on improvements. I've worked with Clio for several years now and it has been an entirely good experience.

The biggest selling point of Clio is their track record and history, but also their ability to do more than just beautiful design. They are great at designing websites that convert users, rank organically with good SEO, and look great.

Our website gets compliments left and right, and it scores 100 on page speed insights. We're thrilled about the results.

They over communicate and over deliver. We found it amazing that any question we had was answered quickly, and they always asked for our approval on changes to ensure that we were happy with the work.

I manage my own websites but that wouldn't be possible without Nat's help. Nat from Clio Websites is my go-to source to help me with the initial setup, plugin selection, CSS tips and especially all technical aspects of keeping the website running in optimal conditions. It's important for me to have a light, fast-loading website with good search engine rankings.

I met Nat on Twitter by the end of 2020. We've had a few good conversations and he's always sharing helpful tips about using WordPress and optimizing technical SEO. So it was a no-brainer.

I work with Nat on an ongoing basis. When I start a new website, he advises me on the best possible setup and helps me implement it. He also does a monthly check of my websites to see if there aren't any technical or SEO issues.

I'm always very happy with Clio Website's services. All my websites are loading quickly. SEO isn't fully in their control and it's too soon to see any serious SEO impact, but things are looking very promising.

Clio Website's communication is very professional. I can always reach them and mostly get a reply on the same day. Their instructions for me are clear and they always answer my questions in great detail.

They are very open about sharing their knowledge. As I said, Nat shares a lot of free advice on Twitter. But even when I need more advanced help, he's happy to provide instructions rather than take full control of the issue without teaching me how to solve it myself.

They almost exclusively work with WordPress and Elementor. And while that's a great setup for fast websites, sometimes I'd love to explore some other options.

They are super on top of things and often have a fix deployed same day. On the rare occasion they do not, they are super open about what they are doing and how they are going to fix any issues. One of my favourite companies to work with.

They really made it a goal to help us improve our online presence. We didn't really know what we were in for and needed serious help. It took a few months but everything improved and we're actually getting constant traffic from Google! We're also really proud of how our website and online presence looks and feels.
