What challenge were you trying to address with Clikwaves?

We needed support with website development and web app creation for our internal operations to improve efficiency and generate better quality leads.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Clikwaves revamped our old static website into a modern animated website. They also created a web app for our company's campaign and team management purposes. Regarding the website, they redesigned it, created animated elements, and embedded a video to showcase our work.As for the web app, the main features were campaign management for different clients. 
We can now create a campaign for a particular client, assign the right team members to the campaign project, and only those teammates have access to resources. The app also has to-do items with file attachment capabilities, which improves the process of finding documents.

I found them through an online search. I chose them because their portfolio was impressive and showed actual results, not just fancy designs. I also liked how they executed things; everything was well-planned and transparent. What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Our clients genuinely liked the new interface and features we provided to track their campaigns, which became a good review for our marketing company. We also received client referrals because of this transparency. Moreover, our company's brand image looked more premium, and I was able to charge higher from my clients because of how I presented my company to them.
We also improved our campaign workflow by 30% since we could identify campaign problems early with the web app and sort things quickly. We received seven new clients and $35,000 in monthly recurring revenue.

How did Clikwaves perform from a project management standpoint?

They missed a few deadlines once or twice, but the end outcome was delivered seven days before the timeline, which speaks about their management. We communicated via virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

Clikwaves handled the complete scope of work, which included designing and developing our company website with a clean, professional, and responsive interface aligned with our brand. They also planned, developed, and customized an ERP system tailored to our business processes, covering inventory management, order tracking, reporting, and overall data management. The project included system setup, data structuring, testing, deployment, and go-live support, along with post-delivery technical assistance to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The project helped us centralize our business data and significantly improve operational efficiency by reducing manual work and errors. Our internal processes became more organized and transparent through the ERP system, enabling better tracking of inventory and orders. The new website strengthened our online presence and improved credibility with clients, while the overall system made day-to-day operations faster, more structured, and easier to manage.

What impressed us most about Clikwaves was their ability to clearly understand our business requirements and translate them into practical technical solutions. Their flexibility, responsiveness, and willingness to customize the ERP according to our workflows stood out. They maintained a problem-solving approach throughout the project and were committed to delivering solutions that added real value rather than just completing tasks.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Clikwaves could have done differently?

While the overall experience was positive, some timelines could have been communicated more clearly during certain phases of the project. A more detailed upfront roadmap and documentation would have helped align expectations even better. That said, they were receptive to feedback and made efforts to address concerns whenever they were raised.
