ClickGiant was right on target in the original interview. They told us when we would start seeing results from the work, and we did. Within 90 to 120 days, we started to see improvements in terms of SEO. Typically, if ClickGiant tells us something, they will follow through with it.

ClickGiant has responded quickly whenever we have a question and has been on top of the work.

I appreciate ClickGiant's consideration. We're limited in our knowledge of the online space. We know our product, but not the website world or online marketing. ClickGiant has looked at things from different perspectives and finds the best solution at the most reasonable rate.

Everyone's liked our website, and the marketing campaigns are going well also. ClickGiant has tripled our new patient count within a month.

We used to use snail mail advertising for our multiple locations. It cost us $4,000 per month to mail those out, and their effectiveness had decreased a lot. We stopped using printed ads, but we've increased the number of new patients while spending considerably less.

ClickGiant was good in terms of delivering on time and remaining communicative.

What did you find most impressive about ClickGiant?

ClickGiant's people are good at what they do, and they know their product well.

ClickGiant could implement some sort of synopsis for their activity. I do receive a detailed monthly report, but a boiled down version with a simple cost per acquisition would be good. This is the only information I'm trying to decipher, based on the reports I'm given. Overall, ClickGiant has given us a great deal, and they're doing what they said they would.

I've been very happy with the website built by ClickGiant. I've seen some updates for the new one that is currently in the pipeline. We've gotten a lot of positive feedback in terms of web design, and we rank well on all search engines. Charleston is a big market for transportation, but we're faring well for all the terms we're going after.

I can send ClickGiant an email with a question and receive an answer within the same day. I ask them a lot of strange questions. If they don't have an answer immediately, they'll get back to me quickly.

ClickGiant's people are good listeners. We sit down with them once a year in order to talk about where we are and what's happening. ClickGiant has processed all of our update requests quite well.

I have realistic expectations in terms of what I can expect from SEO. I've gotten many first and second positions, which I'm happy with, so I don't have any complaints. I would like to be first on everything, but this is impossible since companies like ClickGiant are working for my competitors.
