What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Clickem’s PPC improvement and better targeting have been fantastic. We’ve seen a huge increase in traffic and the best metrics we’ve ever seen in terms of optimization and the cost we’re paying per click. Our revenue has increased by 142% in the last two months, and our conversion rate has tripled.

How did Clickem perform from a project management standpoint?

Clickem delivers early. We communicate via virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

Are there any areas they could improve?

There’s nothing they could improve on, they do everything right the first time. And trust me, I rarely say that this team really knows what they're doing and I'm very impressed with everything they have delivered. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

I recommend Clickem, they’re the best I’ve ever found, I've probably worked around 8 agencies over the last 10 years. And some of the stuff they have missed was highlighted to me, we were wasting a lot of google budget before, but it is now clear to me it's crazy how much lower CPC we are getting.
