Culture 101 works with organisations both within the c-suite, and corporate, and on the tools staff to Clearly instill, understand, practice and communicate boundaries and consent.

This creates safety, confidence, and cohesive company culture with a framework from bystander to upstander. Ultimately creating aligned personal and company values for employees and leadership to decrease the harrowing statistics of 74% of women & 28% of men experiencing sexual harassment or assault in the workplace. Our workshops and education provide increased employee safety, retention, company reputation and profit.

The consultant that was assigned to us was very attentive. There were sometimes miscommunication but it was often rectified.

The back and forth could have been better on both of our behalfs. When creating changes we would sometimes use a spreadsheet, an email, or a phone call. I was happy with the final product.
