We have worked with Clickable for many years, and all the time, the workflow was always smooth and pleasant

We, as a marketing agency, care first of all about the result. In this case, we have a stick KPI from customers. To reach it we need a perfectly balanced promo pack with CTR under % and a high conversion rate after. Clickable did all work at their side and provide high effective banners

The result is numbers. CTR was under 2%, and the conversion rate was high. The main goal was reached

Ice Dating, which is our main social network, approaches our members with a tiny bit of humor and plenty of creativity. We've needed to build our design and interface from scratch. Therefore, we required an experienced team that could bring our ideas to life.

We stumbled upon many creatives made by Clickable team, and always found them both creative and stylish. So we looked up the author, and that's how we found them.

Clickable team performed a full analysis of the market and stressed out the key competitors and their advantages, allowing us to correct some of our flows to improve our initial user experience and make our project easier to navigate. During the whole scope of work, Clickable has conducted multiple complex reviews and test-group feedback in order to make sure our project will be top-notch.

During this project, we had multiple project managers assigned to us as a company in order to make sure we were fully covered and any possible question or concern could be addressed right away. We also had the pleasure of working with their lead designers, who personally carried our project at all times.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We were inspired by the designs that Clickable Agency created. Our team's motivation has increased dramatically once they've seen 'the face' of our brand and our site.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Assigned project managers, as well as the design team, were always in touch and reacted immediately to any inquiry we had. Delivery time was outstanding and the team adapted to the presentation in the ways that we had specified.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The most impressive thing that we have found would be the ability to create a single product with various platform-based designs. It looks perfect on mobile, while still being extremely useful and easy to navigate on the desktop.

Can't think of anything so far. We are looking forward to our future projects designed by Clickable Agency.

First, we agreed on the landing layout. Then the team got back to us with three design concepts. We agreed on the concept we were moving forward with. Then we went through the design, development, and testing stages.

We communicated on a daily basis and were aware if the status of works at all times. All the comments we made were attended to. The team always shared the best practices and advised in the best decision for our purposes.
