We have a long history of collaborating on different projects together with Clickable. This time we needed an agency with enough skills, experience and fast turnaround times to deliver a pack of creatives on time for the ad campaign. Clickable were there to help us with the project.

First it was crucial to develop an HTML creative from materials we’ve provided. Then it was time to resize it and make localisations to a number of needed languages and pack all these creatives accordingly.

Creating a mainstream brand name is an immovable goal for PropChain, and thus we needed a design agency that would translate our brand vision into tangible content in an experienced, creative and timely manner. Clickable has been servicing this for some time now and we are tremendously satisfied.

How did you select Clickable Agency and what were the deciding factors?

We found Clickable through Dribbble, and after trying out their services for a week, we were astonished with how quickly they supply us with content, how easy and efficient communication with PM's is and how well their content is made.

The project entailed an initial week where we got familiar with each other's businesses and work flows & ethics. After that, we began working closely. Clickable started off by simply making basic templates and banner posts for our Instagram profile, but quickly, they began supplying us with creatives for all our outlets.

These include reports, social media artwork, animations, advertisements, our personal 3D characters and much more. We plan to continue working with Clickable for the foreseeable future.

We have worked with two project managers, both have been tremendously competent and a joy to work with due to their efficiency, kindness, work ethic, and determination to deliver. On the back end, we have worked with a number of designers ranging from 3-10 designers, however, we have never been in direct contact with them.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We have managed to reach 4,000 Instagram followers through building an aesthetically pleasing, eye catching, and engaging profile. We have also managed to engage our community through templates and quarterly reports made by PropChain.

All of this aside, if not for Clickable making our team pictures and internal designs, PropChain would not have been able to achieve its incredible working culture and family feel as quickly as we did.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The workflow is optimal. We have used direct communication on Monday.com and WhatsApp to communicate back and forth with the project managers and this has been working extremely efficiently for both parties.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

How determined they are to continue delivering the same way they always have if not better despite facing extremely difficult atmospheres currently in the Ukraine. They seem to have amazing synergy internally, which we can see without communicating with all of the team. It is apparent in their work.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Nothing to note on this side. We have been completely satisfied with their work and have yet to encounter any hiccup. The only piece of feedback is maybe to better proofread some of the spelling in creatives but this has not been a recurring event and it takes less than a second to fix.

What challenge were you trying to address with Clickable Agency?

Our current website was outdated, so they redid everything using WordPress.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Taking only our existing general color scheme, Clickable Agency came up with everything from scratch. It wasn’t planned as a complicated website, mostly as a home for job openings and related content. For example, because our HR people wanted to post images of people who are working for us, Clickable Solutions customized the images to be fun by adding eye-catching elements. We really liked what they did with that. Finally, they included a few technology connections, like the Recruiterbox plugin that our HR people use to post positions. They also did a couple of smaller projects for us.

My colleague from a different project had done some work with them. I was impressed with their work, and he shared their contact with me.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The website is very modern, simple to understand, and professional. Clickable even proposed a couple of design solutions that we’ll probably implement in the future. They have a great sense of style and understanding of how the market works.

Most people in our HR department who were involved were really happy with what Clickable did We didn’t need too many iterations or changes from them, as they provided a good job from the get-go.

How did Clickable Agency perform from a project management standpoint?

They were always on time. They once had to push us to keep going. They were always communicating with us about what they were doing. We usually used Skype and also had a couple of calls and meetings. We also used email. We were in contact pretty much daily. There were periods of time we took longer to talk to them but they were always punctual and all time.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Clickable had creative insight and proposed some very interesting solutions to us. Their understanding of how to work with clients stood out because of their timeliness in responding to questions.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They could have more people on their team communicating with customers. I mostly spoke with their manager and one of the designers. When you only talk to one person, disparities between the customer and the team doing the job can arise. Overall, however, we’re really happy with them.

Believe in their ideas and the solutions that they propose. Listen to their advice and be open to new solutions.
