What was the scope of their involvement?

Click Here searches for keywords for our dealerships, and they update our banner with those targeted keywords. Then, they run paid campaigns to encourage people to click our website. That way, we can generate leads, which we call in hopes of making car sales. They also handle our social media channels, such as YouTube.

Our website is hosted by another provider, and when that provider updates our site design, Click Here optimizes it in many ways. The goal is to make our website as searchable as possible on Google. Then, they send us a monthly report of our performance using Google Analytics. 

What is the team composition?

I mainly work with AJ (Digital Marketing Consultant). I’ve also worked with 4–5 other members of their team, and those people back up our business. Specifically, one person helps us with our social media tasks, while Robert (Senior Automotive Digital Consultant) helps me whenever we launch a campaign. He also helps me with our inventory feeds.

To measure success, I look at how many leads are coming in and call Click Here if I see something wrong. If there’s no glitch and the leads are going through properly, then that’s a success. I do it a few times a week, and I get an abundance of leads every time they launch a campaign or when we launch a new website. 

Overall, my success is based on how Click Here helps me, and they’ve become my go-to company for our digital campaigns.

I haven’t had a bad experience with Click Here; if I call them, they fix our problems or tell me who to call. Sometimes, they even call others on my behalf. A team of people works behind AJ, and I like the fact that there are checks and balances in place. On top of that, Click Here won’t work with a dealer with the same manufacturer as us. That way, they don’t provide cookie-cutter services.  

Moreover, they have such a great support system that I can call them anytime even if they’re in a different timezone. It doesn’t matter whether it’s 7 o’clock in the morning or 10 o’clock at night — they’re always available.

Talk to Click Here as much as I do. Communicate with the project manager so that he’s aware of what’s going on in your day-to-day activities. This will help the team figure out how they can provide better services.

We have collaborated on a lot of projects. For a Google Ads campaign, I discussed our client’s pain points, needs, customer avatar, and geographical targeting. Click Here Digital took that and ran with it. I just gave them a little bit of information, and they told us where we needed to be, what we needed to target, and which keyword group we should go after. They have a much better grasp on doing that because they have so many auto dealership clients.

Their project management was super organized and departmentalized; it felt very structured from one conversation to the next. Click Here Digital really has that ideal corporate structure of account managers, a dev team, and a digital marketing execution team. Depending on the conversation, I spoke directly to the account rep, and if it was a more technical question, the dev leader or the paid search strategist joined in the conversation, too. We used Basecamp as the project management system.

Their results set them apart. You can talk about all of the things you do all day long, but if you’re not delivering, none of that matters.

I can’t think of anything off the top of my head. It has been very pleasant, and I have no bad things to say.

In one of our engagements, we had a customer who grew too big for us, so we continued to do their website and provide SEO resources, but we invited Click Here Digital into our CMS to help manage their monthly SEO and other tasks.

They have access to put in scripts, monitor code, and run digital marketing services, such as Facebook Ads, Google remarketing, and some PPC ads. We work together as a team for these engagements.

Based on the response I’ve seen, customers feel fully serviced by their team. They’ve provided a thorough perspective on each project and have trained our clients to the point where they have a better understanding of marketing, too.

They communicate with us a lot, which is great. Typically, our correspondence is pretty thorough and straightforward. They respond in a very timely manner, so I’ve never had any delays or anything like that. We mainly use email and occasionally texts.

Their understanding of the industry and their investment in educating their staff stand out. They put a lot into understanding the big picture. They have a wealth of knowledge and expertise in digital marketing, which has been pretty thorough.
