About 10 years ago, our marketing department handled some digital strategies in-house. However, the vast majority of the ad spend went to traditional advertising, such as television and billboards. As we diversified our budget and discovered that more and more people were utilizing the internet to find services, we needed a stronger digital presence. We hired Click Here Digital to help us get a handle on navigating the digital advertising landscape through paid search, social media, website, and SEO.

Click Here Digital provides us with digital marketing, social media marketing (SMM), search engine marketing (SEM), SEO, and PPC services. They also run display and video ad campaigns for us. Initially, we sat down with them and explained our needs and goals. They walked us through the options and the best avenues available to achieve our desired result. Since then, they’ve been continuously helping us figure out our business needs and hone our digital strategy.

The team creates most of the advertising assets; they send them to us for approval and make our requested edits. On some assets, they collaborate with our in-house marketing team. For SMM, they manage Facebook and Instagram, and they also help us advertise on YouTube. Regarding PPC, they primarily manage ads on Google and some on Bing.

As for SEO, the team does a lot of keyword research with our marketing director steering the ship. Click Here Digital then optimizes content based on the keywords they find and then serves that back to us for final approval and posting on our website. They recently started a campaign to put in a substantial investment in some new keywords.

When we started working with them, we weren’t in every market we’re in now, and the team has helped us enter new markets. They’ve guided us to run display and video ads to ensure we’re in new consumers’ minds as we introduce ourselves. Once we understand a new market, Click Here Digital has run campaigns aiming our ads at consumers with higher purchase intent.

In the SEO space, we’ve seen some top keywords ranking on Google in much better spots than before. Initially, we focused on dominating paid search. Since we started focusing on SEO, we’ve been able to rank for many great keywords and long-tail searches, which has benefitted our brand. Thanks to those results, we’ve also seen more traffic to the website.

They’re phenomenal at project management. Our head account manager has some of the most meticulous and detailed notes going back 10 years documenting how our organization has changed. They also have a wealth of organized research. 

Moreover, the team is extremely communicative and provides everything we need. Click Here Digital also keeps our goals in line; sometimes, we can detour a little, and they remind us what we want to achieve. In our month-to-month projects, the team keeps us on pace and running exactly the way we need to. 

As for communication, we mostly use email. Our director of marketing has many standing meetings with them to guide what our month-to-month looks like. I pop into meetings from time to time when we have large-scale planning or some creative discussions.

I’m impressed with how Click Here Digital is on board to learn about how our company operates in order to achieve our goals. Our industry is unique, and they’ve taken a special interest in understanding what motivates our clients and the thought process for someone who might choose our firm. As a result, they make the best recommendations for our organization. Over the past 10 years, they’ve spent a lot of time understanding things that I have taken years to understand and cultivate; we’ve learned together. 

With some agencies, clients might move down the pecking order after some time. Providers initially put forward a great account person and then transfer that person to another account. Then, they keep giving the client different account representatives until one day, someone who’s never worked with the company is helping call the shots. That doesn’t happen with Click Here Digital; Julie has been with our account for 10 years and knows every in and out. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don’t have any complaints about them. Like any agency, they often have new shiny things they might want us to try and put budget dollars behind. However, after 10 years of working with us, they’ve become very mindful of that because they know us.

The biggest advice I can give is to go in with clear goals and be willing to learn about the digital space from people who navigate it every day. While there’s a certain component where they’re selling a service, at the end of the day, Click Here Digital wants you to be a client for a long time and not to make a buck on you for a short time. Listen to their suggestions, put your dollars where they’re telling you to, and pay attention to the results. If you’re in tune and aligned with the team, I guarantee your engagement will be successful.

We've had some discrepancies with inaccurate documentation, but they've been forthright in coming about and crediting that work to next month and getting reimbursed for it. They’re very helpful. I have all the team’s contact information, and rather than have to wait for an email, I can text them. Whenever I need help, they make an appointment; I can go into the office or book a call with them. For example, I had a question just yesterday, and they jumped on a Zoom call with me within an hour. 

We communicate through email and Zoom. Their office is right down the street from us, so we’re also able to meet in person.

Their team provides PPC and SEO services — they run paid ads on Google, Facebook, Instagram, and Bing. Click Here Digital creates all the ad content. We have an in-house team responsible for paid and digital organic performance across our dealerships that provides strategic direction for Click Here Digital to follow. While they do focus on that, our keyword research is very collaborative. Click Here Digital makes recommendations based on what they're seeing and executes them if they're approved.

Click Here Digital ensures we're involved in any budget increase — I've never had an issue with them going over budget. Their project management is good. We have regular check-ins with Click Here Digital, where they proactively offer insights into our performance. I know Click Here Digital utilizes a dashboard, but my team has created a Google Data Studio reporting dashboard to visualize our performance.

Most of the time, we communicate in collaborative meetings on Zoom or Skype and through Slack. We also exchange emails and phone calls. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

Click Here Digital thinks outside the box and is very proactive. Our other vendors take direction from us and react when we tell them to. Click Here Digital isn't like that. Click Here Digital will push back if they feel like we're not executing the right strategy and will present new strategies to try. They're not afraid to express their opinion. We only have 2–3 vendors in each space, and Click Here Digital has proven themselves; we'll continue to grow a relationship with them.

Click Here Digital is very expensive, but we get what we pay for. They're one of our top vendors.

I’m the marketing director at a personal injury law firm. We have an in-house agency, and I handle all of our digital and traditional media buying.

We needed help with our digital marketing needs. We noticed that our keywords were dropping off with our previous SEO vendor, and we weren’t showing up on organic Google searches. That was the first factor that made me decide that we needed to change companies.

Click Here Digital handles a large portion of our digital marketing needs. When we onboarded them, they knew what they needed to target and what worked due to their experience with other personal injury firms. I gave them our target demographic and how we wanted to reach them. We also discussed which ads we wanted to be a call for action, direct response, and branding campaigns since our company sometimes does community-focused ads that aren’t hard sells. We’ve kept discussing this throughout the engagement based on what we’re doing as a firm. 

Click Here searches for opportunities for us to rank better against competitors. Using different strategies, we look for keywords related to car and big truck accidents. From there, they’ll create a plan to optimize our website and help it rank on page one of search engines. 

The team does web development and creates SEO content, blog posts, and newsletters. They also handle all of our social media advertising and programmatic display advertising. Additionally, they run both over the top (OTT) and Connected TV (CTV) advertising, which involves our streaming services. In terms of SEO, they’re rewriting several of our landing pages and reworking things based on relevancy and how it performs from a search standpoint. 

They’re heavily involved in all of our content writing, including our website navigation. Right now, Click Here Digital is working to make sure all of our content is relevant and performing well online. The team is populating our digital channels organically so that our traffic aligns with what we’re doing on our SEM and PPC campaigns. They also write the material we send out to our clients and potential clients.

Since partnering with Click Here Digital, we’ve had month-over-month (MoM) increases in traffic. This has included our website, engagement with our social media CTV, and OTT ads, which have more impressions as well. Programmatic display and click-through ad engagement have also increased since we started working with them in Q4 2021. The team has brought a lot of tools to the table that we weren’t using before, and we’re seeing them perform well.

The law firm now ranks for four major keywords; their listing on Google My Business is up as well. They’re also consistently in the top three of PPC listings. On top of that, their quality of leads and conversions is great — the team has doubled the number of leads they bring in.

They perform great from a project management standpoint. I love that we have one point of contact. Julie acts as a project manager and delegates work to her team based on our wants and needs. We have a weekly call with her to log into a dashboard they built, which has all our metrics and their pipeline, including a calendar. Each week, we review the numbers and see how our competition is doing in the market. At the end of the month, we also review creative aspects and tweak budgets based on our needs. 

Overall, the team is very transparent, responsive, and timely. When we ask them to do something, they jump on it immediately. We communicate via email and text messages. Their communication skills and their ability to delegate and get work done quickly are some of the things I like the most about Click Here Digital.

What was the scope of their involvement?

They do SEO on the site and create carousel scrolling ads on social media. The information from those ads is pulled directly from our inventory and displayed on Facebook and Instagram. For SEO, they make changes to all the pages on our website on the HTML level. Their PPC work is limited to Google.

They’ve also developed landing pages and set up our Google My Business presence. Their purview also extends to blog posts and website maintenance.

We’ve worked with around 4–5 people, including an account manager that gives us our mid-month and monthly updates.

We’re in contact with them daily about our ad spend. Our satisfaction is at 99%.

How did Click Here Digital perform from a project management standpoint?

They stick to our timelines very well. Regarding communication, we speak over phone calls, emails, text messages, and Slack.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Sometimes they make changes to our SEO without speaking to us first, but I wish they wouldn’t as some things aren’t correct to put on our website.
