They did PPC research about the type of cases we wanted to take and chose keywords that fit the specific cases we hoped to represent. We left the exact list of keywords to their expertise.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Our cases come to us through a variety of avenues, PPC campaigns among them. Our bottom line is important, and the ROI for PPC campaigns is higher than any other advertising stream.

How did Click Happy perform from a project management standpoint?

They perform very well and make regular tweaks to the budget or to keywords. There are constant changes to keep up with in a dynamic market, and they manage the project well. We speak once or twice a week and are very pleased with him.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their results are impressive. They're polished and professional, and they work well outside our office.

Are there any areas they could improve?

There's nothing I can think of that they should change.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Trust them. While other companies promise a lot, Click Happy wants to build long-term relationships and has your best interests in mind.
