VSS (Virtual Soccer Schools) is an award-winning UK mental health charity with global impact, harnessing the power of football and immersive virtual technology to connect elite footballers, world-class coaches, sports psychologists and mental health professionals with young people worldwide to challenge stigma, open honest conversations and build the tools, confidence and awareness to take charge of their mental well-being.

What specific goals or objectives did you hire Class to accomplish?

• VSS had no existing brand or website, so we built both from scratch: a full visual identity and image set, plus a single-page WordPress site uniting their mission, Champions roster, AI masterclass, partners, events, and donations in one place.

The website team worked with VSS to design and develop a professional, engaging digital platform that clearly communicates the charity’s mission, impact and programmes to schools, partners, funders and supporters. Key deliverables included website design and development, refreshed branding and visual presentation, clear navigation and user journeys, improved content structure, programme and impact pages, partner and supporter information, mobile responsiveness, and an engaging platform that effectively showcases VSS’s global reach, work and impact.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The site is now the hub VSS points partners, schools, players, and press to. Since launch, VSS secured coverage on BBC News and Sky Sports, and won the BESA Awards 2026 School & Supplier Collaboration Award.

The team demonstrated excellent project management throughout the project. They delivered agreed items on time, communicated clearly and consistently, and responded quickly and positively to our needs and feedback. What impressed us most was their combination of creativity, professionalism, and genuine understanding of our vision. There were no significant areas for improvement from our experience. The team was highly responsive, professional and flexible throughout the project, and they consistently listened to our feedback and adapted accordingly. Any small changes or refinements were handled quickly and positively.
