Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

Claris was engaged to help improving the product that we are developing in house. This is a POS application, with live customers in Europe and APAC, so quality of the work is paramount. We have worked on various key tasks like introducing MFA support, code improvements, performance optimizations, product rebranding, etc. This was a continuous relationship where Claris' engineers were involved in day-to-day discussions with the core team.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Since Claris' engineers were involved into day-to-day cadence with the in-house team, it was important that the work is done. Outcomes were measured by closed and shipped tickets and over time tighter integration into the mentioned workflow.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Claris was completely integrated into our workflow and assisted the in-house team with deliverables. Their engineers delivered everything on time, with most of their work still being actively used by our end users (MFA is a good example).
