AVE Idea is an international web design, development company works on White Label partnership. We design develops intelligent web design solutions that help business owners grow their user base and revenue. CEO in AVE Idea.

For what projects/services did your company hire CKdesign?

We need a strong IT consultant and one developer with PM for our back-end part. Actually we have our designer and front-end developer, so now we outsourced PM and back-end developer from our new partner side.

What were your goals for this project?

We use Python for developing desktop GUI applications, websites, and web applications. Also, Python, as a high-level programming language, allows you to focus on the core functionality of the application. It is a key project for our company.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor?

They were recommended to us with our partner, we have visited a website, then has 2 online meetings, and signed a contract. I hope to cooperate in the future too.

They designed and configured a new back-end part solution, also they helped us with technical requirements.

The project team had 5 peoples. CK design gave us Project manager, and back-end developer.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

We haven't launched a project yet however our prime client is happy. CK design is confident with revisions and working on weekends if it is needed

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

The project manager was Kamil, we have used Asana, Skype, Slack (for mobile version). We have used Agile and meeting every Wednesday. No language barries because all team is native speakers originally from Ireland.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

CKdesign are professionals in web design and web development. It is very easy communication without micromanagement from our side,

No, we are happy with a result and responsive communication.

In terms of SEO, the measurable outcomes were rankings on Google and other search engines. In respect of the website, traffic, enquiries and conversions were the metrics applied.
