CJ Tech Support is our development partner and provides ongoing tech support for development and content marketing

How did you select CJ Tech Support and what were the deciding factors?

CJ Tech Support was selected because of the affiliations of Warren Moore to co-founder.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

The Project was established by Aron Tomkins from Fresh Property Agents. Aron's plan was to develop an alternative to business cards where a cloud solution could be used to keep clients up to date and send contact details including short video.

Aron wanted to be able to send his elevator pitch to clients after they had visited and open home. Warren became involved and together a new business was created My Home Finder Pty Ltd. CJ Tech Support was then engaged to develop the project Ucard.Cloud for My Home Finder Pty Ltd.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

Everything has been developed by Warren and CJ Tech Support. Complete responsibility falls onto CJ Tech Support and they take it very seriously.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The site is live the marketing is created and the systems are now in place for business growth. This year will be a great year for Ucard.Cloud.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timelines.

Communication is via online tools, Evernote, Trello and Gmail. The majority of tasks are measured and managed via Trello.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Singular focus and persistence. The Trello platform keeps our project online and on time. Our businesses are determined to succeed.

When the Covid restriction improve we will be able to progress to the next phase of Development including face to face networking groups. It's very exciting

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

The original plan from Aron was generic and it has taken some time and redevelopment to understand the best way of achieving the results that we have today.

If we were to do anything different it would to have been to start later and better plan the project before committing it to software.
