Throughout our work together, the project management has always been great. Citrok was clear in their communication, kept things organized, and always made sure we knew what the timelines and priorities were. They always met their deadlines (often ahead of schedule), and they were very quick to respond to our changing needs, whether that meant changing the scope, answering technical questions, or jumping in quickly when things changed on our end. It always seemed like they cared about our success, not just getting things done.

Citrok's technical skill and real concern for others were what stood out the most. They didn't just check off boxes; they paid close attention to every part of the project and often found things we hadn't even thought to look for. Their personality and way of talking made the whole process feel like a team effort and very human. From the start, it was clear that they cared about our success, not just selling us a service. That level of commitment and ownership is hard to find, and it made them feel more like a partner than just a service provider.

To be honest, I can't think of anything. They went above and beyond in every way, and we always felt supported and well cared for. If anything came up, they took care of it right away, which made the whole thing feel smooth and well-organized from beginning to end.

A lot of the design work was measured subjectively, but our start ups have all had successful launches and a lot of that can be attributed to the design components.
