Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the president of Cloaked Wireless. Cloaked Wireless is a privacy and security focused wireless provider. We offer the best protection against SIM swap and port out attacks.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

For what projects/services did your company hire 99d Studio , and what were your goals?

Our goal was to create a brand that projected our pricibles while also being inclusive and not intimidating. 99d studio took our input and then worked behind then scenes with designers to present multiple concepts and ultimately deliver a brand that we and our investors have completely fallen in love with. The added value of having access to creative directors is a game changer.

How did you select this vendor?

We used 99 designs in the past with mixed results but when we learned about 99d studios, it was a no brainer to try it out. We are so glad we did.

Describe the scope of their work in detail, including any steps and the final deliverables.

We started with a branding contract. We were so impressed with that , that we had them do some promotional materials for a conference. Next it was the design of our new website. We also had the team redo our investors deck which helped us raise our first oversubscribed round. We now have a list of projects we will be doing with them. It's like having a full design and creative team at a fraction of the cost.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

Laura as creative director and then at least 2 or three others who worked on the different projects. I dont even know how many more worked behind the scenes.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We used this branding and work to quickly close out our first oversubscribed financing round and we gotten lots of positive feedback from investors and future customers. We couldn't be happier with the results.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

We had regular touch points and first hand discussions with the people leading the projects. Tool set was flexible based on our needs and timelines were not only met but exceeded even when timelines we next to impossible.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The value prob for the quality of work is off the charts. If you are a start up or smaller business and your not using 99d studios, you are not doing it right.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Nope. That's why we keep turning to them for all our design , print and marketing needs.
