Cimpleo developed a Drupal-based website for a global aggregator of microeconomic data. They wanted a new way for users to subscribe to their services directly on the new site.
After launch of CimpleO's site, the client's web traffic increased, and they have started to see online sales come in for the first time. User reaction has been overwhelmingly positive. CimpleO worked around a large time zone difference in order to complete the project on time.
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this
client over the phone. Below is an edited
transcript.
BACKGROUND
Introduce your business and what you do there.
We are a global aggregator of microeconomic information. We operate in several regions. We have offices all over the world. Our expertise is to collect and compile time serious information of macroeconomics from primary sources.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with CimpleO?
We had a project to revamp our main site. It was important for us to make sure that we had the most capable expertise on Drupal so we could implement the site properly.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
We wanted to roll out a new design and new platforms with additional capabilities using Drupal. As part of that revamp, we introduced a new way for customers to directly subscribe to our services by being able to pay online for such subscriptions. They also added the aspect of supporting multiple languages given the global nature of our customer base. There were challenges associated to that. We decided to integrate an in-house application built on Node.js. We needed to make the two parts appear as if it’s a single application and part of the website. There was a lot of work done in integrating Drupal with this Node.js application.
They helped with some site map creation for Google indexing and they helped with implementing Google Task Manager.
What is the team dynamic?
I discussed the team structure with the person who managed CimpleO. We agreed on the team that was required. We started working with one of his senior developers/project managers. There were some other developers on the team.
How did you come to work with CimpleO?
I initially contacted them through Upwork. We were looking for expert Drupal developers. They replied to one of our project postings. They were very quick on understanding what our needs were. They quickly reviewed the status of our system at that time and identified where there were major areas of issues and potential for improvements were. It was clear from the beginning that they could jump on the project quickly and were capable to deliver the results.
How much have you invested with them?
$100,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together in July 2016 until the site launch in January 2017.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We’ve seen a significant increase in traffic. We’ve started our new e-commerce web subscription. We are pleased with the results. It can be clearly attributed to the product. We’ve had positive feedback about the site. It’s very different from what we had before. People reacted well to it.
How did CimpleO perform from a project management standpoint?
They did well. They are very resourceful team. They’re technically capable. It was a very small team and they were on point. One of the challenges was the time zone. They made an effort to work around that difference.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They’re a good company to work with.
What kind of advice would you give to someone considering using CimpleO?
If they already know what platform they want to use, I would say finding someone that knows the platform is extremely helpful. They can recommend the best way to structure inside so that it meets your current goals and allows the site to grow. It makes it easier for future improvements.

CimpleO integrated the custom Drupal modules into scheduling software for a chain of medical clinics. They also moved the website to Digital Ocean, updated the site’s security, and developed additional modules.
The newly-hosted site is much faster, with improved options for back up, security, and testing functionalities. CimpleO’s team perform well, with open lines of communication ensuring that all projects are completed correctly. They work fast, charging fair prices for work that they undertake.
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this
client over the phone. Below is an edited
transcript.
BACKGROUND
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the digital marketing director of a chain of urgent care medical clinics. We provide urgent care, primary care, sports medicine, occupational medicine, and any type of non-life threatening medical care.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with CimpleO?
We have custom Drupal modules for our site that needed to integrate with scheduling software, which is also customized. For that, we needed to make sure we had people that were experts in Drupal. The site had been set up about two years prior and hadn’t been maintained or looked over at all. I wanted to have website updates done, additional customizations implemented, and I wanted the website moved to a better, faster hosting environment. Finally, there was a patient scheduling tool we needed help with after the person who created it left.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
The initial work was with Andrey [CEO, CimpleO]. He helped with the big picture stuff: the website updates, the move to Digital Ocean, and with customization and minor website tweaks. The move improved security as they pointed out things that weren’t secure and things that could be upgraded or updated. They also updated Drupal. There was a backlog of project ideas and things that needed to be improved upon and fixed.
We’ve also been working with Anton [CTO, CimpleO] and he’s helped with our scheduling module. We’re developing additional modules to expand the website’s functionality. One is for scheduling appointments, one is specifically for primary care, and one for immigration physicals. We’re now in control of the site and are looking and questioning if we can do certain things with it.
How did you come to work with CimpleO?
I found them on Upwork. I went through about 50 profiles and narrowed it down to three or four. CimpleO was the only one that was responsive, got back to me, and understood exactly what I was talking about. They had also worked with a lot of Drupal sites and had a lot of clients globally. I felt they’d bring some knowledge about trends and different ideas that people are using all around the world, in contrast to local companies that are cookie cutter styles of programming and website development.
We were nervous about working with somebody that we can’t meet with in person so we started slowly by asking questions and giving them small tasks. We told them if it all worked out fine then they would be our go to source for Drupal and custom modules.
How much have you invested with them?
We do both project-based work and hourly. For the website, it’s $50/hour. With projects, we pay half up front and the rest upon completion. With a lot of the U.S. developers and programmers that we’ve worked with, they’ll spec something out and charge for those hours even if it took less time. CimpleO is very honest. They will speculate the amount of time, but will only charge us for what it took. Not only do they charge middle of the road pricing, but they work quickly, so it's been very affordable.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together in March 2017 and the work is ongoing.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
The speed of the site instantly improved with the updates to Drupal and the server that they recommended. The ability to back up, secure, take snapshots of the site, and do testing has been a lot better. In general, when we launched the new site, employees quickly started noticing drastic speed improvements and our SEO was a lot better. We were also happy with the security measures.
How did CimpleO perform from a project management standpoint?
They perform great. The only problem that I’ve had is they often wait for us. The problem with working over different time zones can be an issue, but we use Trello and we track projects. We try and keep enough work in the queue so it’s cost effective for them to allocate a certain amount of time for us every day or a couple of times a week.
The lines of communication are open. There’s very rarely any miscommunications. We try to be thorough when we’re explaining things so it usually works out great.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They are very responsive. We’d had a hard time getting vendors on Upwork to respond. There’s always been somebody at CimpleO to respond to us and help us.
Are there any areas they could improve?
The only complaints are related to the time zone issue, and that’s not something anybody can fix.
It’d be great to go back and forth faster sometimes if the communication is via email. We try to get all the projects in a queue so they’re all listed out for people, and that way we don’t have to send an email one day, get an answer overnight and then respond the next day.

CimpleO developed a Drupal website for an online journal that reported on the maritime trade market. They developed a gated site where users paid a subscription fee in order to have full access.
CimpleO developed a successful site that was praised by both employees of the client as well as end users. CimpleO went the extra mile to fully understand the business and site requirements before working, even offering suggestions throughout the process.
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this
client over the phone. Below is an edited
transcript.
BACKGROUND
Introduce your business and what you do there.
The Journal of Commerce is a news and media website reporting on the transportation market, primarily maritime trade. We have reporters in the field and a host of other services, including data that supports that market. My position was project manager for that website, focusing on using the technology to provide a platform for the conveyance of news and data.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with CimpleO?
We were redeploying the website as a gated site, similar to the New York Times model. You get to view so many articles for free, then you need to subscribe to see additional content. There were a lot of things that needed to be done for the relaunched site, so I brought CimpleO on for additional staffing to help deliver the features that were required.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
In total, CimpleO provided three or four resources. I had Andre himself, who worked on the site and overlooked the project, as well as two or three developers. It was a complete redesign from the ground up, built on Drupal 7. CimpleO the did frontend design as well as the backend.
The team from CimpleO also worked on a unique, stand-alone section of the site. The Journal of Commerce offers a bi-weekly magazine that has a self-standing section called “The Annual Review and Outlook.” This content shows the pulse of the market, and it is acquired by interviewing company CEOs to get their perspective. We needed a separate section to report on that annual review, which involved several new content types and sorting algorithms. CimpleO came up with a way for the content producers to input material and tag it appropriately.
How did you come to work with CimpleO?
I found them through Upwork. I put out a general request for Drupal developers, then I interviewed CimpleO as well as half a dozen other firms through Skype. I already had Drupal developers onboard and working at the time, but I just needed more resources. I compared each firm’s capabilities, experience, and communication skills. I also considered their ability to deliver on time and follow specifications. I decided on CimpleO after that process.
How much have you invested with CimpleO?
They were very reasonably priced.
What is the status of this engagement?
The initial gated site was relaunched in December of 2013, then I used them for add-ons in 2014 and 2015.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
Could you share any evidence that would demonstrate the productivity, quality of work, or the impact of the engagement?
I don’t have metrics. We put the site up, and it was successful. The editors were able to publish their content on time. The section has been so successful that it still exists on the site, although we’ve since modified it so users can select a particular year they want to review. If it wasn’t successful, we would have taken it down. User feedback has been very good. It’s what the users expect to see from the Journal of Commerce on a daily and yearly basis.
How did CimpleO perform from a project management standpoint?
They jumped through hoops to deliver on time. I put them through the wringer—I had a tight deadline, and it was a lot of work. They worked through the night on many occasions to deliver on time. There are sacrifices you make to deliver on time, and they fit within those sacrifices. We did follow-up work to mitigate those sacrifices for the long-term.
What did you find most impressive about CimpleO?
What impressed me with Andre was his need to understand the requirements completely. If he didn’t understand something, he didn’t hesitate to ask. He offered suggestions on ways to do things. He got the requirements down up front to the point where both sides were comfortable in building forward.
Are there any areas CimpleO could improve?
The developers’ English skills could be improved. We ended up doing a lot of written communication, but we didn’t have a problem with that.

A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this
client over the phone. Below is an edited

BACKGROUND
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I am the chief technology officer of Slaight Music, which is based in Toronto.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with CimpleO?
We have 15–20 websites that we've built for our business needs. We have been working with certain shops over the last 10 years for the development and maintenance of those sites. I had just wrapped up an engagement with a partner and was in need of someone to manage our properties.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
We are running a number of sites, from simple brochure ones for musical artists to much more complex ones. Our sites are more in the arts, cultural and editorial sphere than the hardcore business, transactional one, so we don't have any strictly e-commerce ones. We also don't have any native Android or iOS apps. These sites are built using LAMP Stack PHP and Drupal. CimpleO inherited some existing sites and started new ones from scratch. In all cases, they were completely proficient in doing what we asked for. We are planning to relaunch a news site called fyimusicnews.ca, which is what CimpleO has been working on most recently. They also did work on a magic-focused site.
We have been collaborating with CimpleO's CEO, their project manager, and different developers for frontend and backend work. Our project manager routes tasks to the team. As long as it gets done, I don't care who is doing it. It's been a good process so far.
How did you come to work with CimpleO?
Andrey, their CEO, reached out to me one year ago on Upwork, offering his company's services. Since I was looking for a developer, I decided to give CimpleO a shot. It's been a great relationship over the past 12–14 months..
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working with CimpleO around Christmas of 2015.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
Could you share any evidence that would demonstrate the productivity, quality of work, or the impact of the engagement?
CimpleO has done top-notch work, and they've been undaunted by our challenges. We are working on revamping a particular site that was built using an old version of PHP. Many developers would grumble about having to deal with legacy technology since the things they rely on are not necessarily present there. There are also many complicated API issues related to getting web services to talk to each other. CimpleO has been fantastic about rising to the challenge and working on what we've asked them to do.
Anytime we're working with overseas people, language and communication can become problematic. Fortunately, CimpleO is above average on this front.
How did CimpleO perform from a project management standpoint?
I have no complaints in this sense. There is some give and take that occurs, and we can sometimes have unrealistic demands, but we've worked out a good rhythm. I know how long the work takes so I've often needed to push back on my own management team. CimpleO is a solid, diligent team who doesn't beat around the bush.
What did you find most impressive about CimpleO?
The caliber of the programming is very high. Whenever we come across someone who worked at that level, we make an effort to keep them. CimpleO is a solid firm, and they deserve to have more work.
Are there any areas CimpleO could improve?
I have no complaints in general.

CimpleO completed a Drupal website from an existing site that was filled with coding errors. The company sold fashion accessories, including jewelry, online.
CimpleO was able to fix the issues surrounding the old site, and produce an effective e-commerce platform for the fashion accessory brand. CimpleO handled bugs that arose in a friendly manner, which was a nice surprise for the client.
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this
client over the phone. Below is an edited
transcript.
BACKGROUND
Introduce your business and what you do there.
We are a fashion accessory company that sells jewelry. I am a manager of the business.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with CimpleO?
We had a partially-developed Drupal website, which is a somewhat obscure platform. We had begun the work with another developer and were at our wit's end. We were left with a half-baked product which needed to be completed.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
CimpleO helped us complete our website, working on top of what we already had. Not a whole lot of the site had been created; it was more of a basic skeleton structure, but it had giant holes in it. CimpleO had a lion's share of the work. To me, this speaks highly of their ability, since it's easier to create something from scratch than it is to make something nice out of someone else's mess.
We chose Drupal because we have a unique product range, with each item having its own SKU [stock keeping unit] number. We needed to have hundreds of thousands of products with the same name, but with unique SKUs. This was one of the main areas where CimpleO helped us.
We were specific about what we wanted, and CimpleO faithfully executed on those requests. The scope wasn't extremely varied and we didn't ask for consulting or anything of the sort.
The size of our team varied depending on the amount of work which needed to be done. We had an external designer/developer who acted as a go-between with CimpleO in the beginning, but Andrey, their CEO, took charge of the project and is serving as the main contact person. He has brought on additional resources during heavy times.
How did you come to work with CimpleO?
We found CimpleO through oDesk.
How much have you invested with CimpleO?
We were building the website from scratch and made multiple changes to it, so the cost is a tricky issue. CimpleO had a reasonable cost of around $50 per hour.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working with CimpleO in the spring of 2013 before I came to the company. We launched a working website by the summer of that year.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
Could you share any evidence that would demonstrate the productivity, quality of work, or the impact of the engagement?
The site works well. It has a couple of quirks, but those are mostly the result of us stacking things on top of each other. There is a limitation to what can be done with our kind of platform, but, at the same time, it sells jewelry and doesn't crash.
How did CimpleO perform from a project management standpoint?
CimpleO has a fast and responsive team. They're based in Russia, so there is a significant time zone difference, but CimpleO generally got back to us within the same business day whenever we reached out in time.
During hectic times like the holiday season, CimpleO has started offering retainer contracts for round-the-clock support. That has been fantastic for our peace of mind. They're responsive and they get the work done.
During the development stage, CimpleO did a good job of sticking to our timeframe, for the most part. It was an odd time since we didn't know what we were doing. Even though we had a project manager to interface with, since we were working with the results of two former website authors, it took us a while to hit our stride and determine what we could expect. This is the pitfall of any non-professional trying to express an expectation to a professional. Once we developed a relationship with CimpleO, the work went full speed ahead.
What did you find most impressive about CimpleO?
CimpleO is also easy and pleasant to deal with, especially considering that coders can be a bit prickly and odd, especially with laymen.
Are there any areas CimpleO could improve?
Not really. CimpleO has met or exceeded our expectations around what we'd want from a developer. I wouldn't put anything to their detriment.

CimpleO developed Drupal websites for medical billing and e-commerce companies. The websites included custom API integrations. CimpleO also provided general consulting services.
CimpleO was able to deliver on every project requested of the client, regardless of its complexity. Their bug-free products and ability to easily collaborate are the driving reasons behind their ongoing partnership with the client.

BACKGROUND
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the president of multiple online businesses, most of which are medical billing and e-commerce.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with CimpleO?
I was looking for a full-time development agency because my businesses had started to grow. I needed someone steady with a big team to handle all my jobs in one place. I used to outsource to five or six different developers.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
They mostly work with PHP for my projects based on a Drupal framework. When I give them a project, they never say it’s impossible; they always figure out a way to get it done. They handle everything to do with Drupal and PHP. All my sites are very customized—I don’t use anything out-of-the-box. There are a lot of custom filters and API integrations with various service providers. CimpleO is always able to handle that. They also provide consulting services when we’re working on a new project. They give me input on the best platform to use and the proper way to get it done.
How did you come to work with CimpleO?
I found them on oDesk [Upwork]. I looked at several firms, then decided on CimpleO because they’re big enough to have developers available when I need them. If one developer isn’t working for any reason, someone else gets assigned to my project.
How much have you invested with CimpleO?
Their cost is competitive with the market.
What is the status of this engagement?
We’ve been working together since the end of 2015, and the work is ongoing.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
Could you share any evidence that would demonstrate the productivity, quality of work, or the impact of the engagement?
I don’t have any big glitches with their work. They work collaboratively, ask each other questions, and get the job done.
How did CimpleO perform from a project management standpoint?
I give them daily assignments. They roll it out, using GitHub to save all the versions. They let me know it’s done by email, and then I test it. If I find bugs, I send an email back to them and they fix it the next day. We talk on the phone five days a week. They usually make the deadlines they give me. Sometimes I throw extra stuff at them, which can cause delays. They’re always flexible to make sure the work gets done.
What did you find most impressive about CimpleO?
The good thing about working with them is that they always have someone on the team who can handle any question.
Are there any areas CimpleO could improve?
Not really.

CimpleO developed an existing Drupal website for a marketing company that produced a popular photography competition. Users uploaded original media content and public voting determined the winner.
CimpleO was able to fix the longstanding database issues with the site which led to improved UX and repaired the reputation of the brand. Cimpleo’s development capabilities, as well as their capacity to quickly respond to any issue, led to a successful engagement.

BACKGROUND
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I have a company called W1, Inc., which is a marketing company that works in the fields of sports, entertainment, and music.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with CimpleO?
I was building a custom Drupal website for a global photography competition that was complex in its functionality with many unique features. I started using a developer in Vancouver and, once their limitations had been met, I had to find other developers to get the site working. There were six different developers that had their hands on it.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
This was a commerce site where photographers from more than 180 countries would submit their work to build an online portfolio. There were prizes for the best photo, and we published an e-book. The main functionality was user-uploaded content. Being high-end photography, the user had to be able to build an extensive portfolio using custom cropping features and social links. There was also a public voting component. Andrey [Kozhuhov, CEO of CimpleO] fixed the database issue that was creating problems. I needed some enhancements, and he was able to build custom modules for those.
How did you come to work with CimpleO?
I started a search to find a true Drupal expert and came across CimpleO. Andrey looked at the site and saw the issues but said he would be able to fix them. He was the only one that was able to troubleshoot the issue and was able to fix it and make the site function well.
How much have you invested with CimpleO?
We spent between $30,000 and $40,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together in 2012, and the project was completed in 2014.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
Could you share any evidence that would demonstrate productivity, quality of work, or the impact of the engagement?
Because of the problems the site was having, we were in danger of losing participation because of user frustration. When he fixed it, the user experience became fast and seamless. The reputation of the site was positive afterward.
How did CimpleO perform from a project management standpoint?
He was always prompt. He was responsive no matter what time of day I contacted him.
What did you find most impressive about CimpleO?
Having worked with six other developers around the world on this project, he proved himself to be better than them all. He's a master developer, and the best developer I've ever worked with. If I were to do a project, he'd be the first person I'd call.
Are there any areas CimpleO could improve?
No.

BACKGROUND
Introduce your business and what you do there.
We're an IT company providing managed services and Linux compatible software. I am the marketing coordinator for the company.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with CimpleO?
We needed to upgrade our website from Drupal 6 to Drupal 8 because of stability and security issues.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
We initially contracted CimpleO for some minor maintenance work on our site, which was followed by the main Drupal upgrade.
How did you come to work with CimpleO?
We used a freelancing site for contacting website designers in our area, who were demanding astronomical prices. CimpleO had a reasonable price and they were easy to work with.
How much have you invested with CimpleO?
The cost of CimpleO's work was below $10,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
The project is completed.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
How did CimpleO perform from a project management standpoint?
CimpleO's team was always available and willing to answer our questions. They provided consultations beyond our contract, pointing us in the right direction when we had an issue.
What did you find most impressive about CimpleO?
As a business owner, CimpleO's principal told us that an upgrade wasn't completely necessary at that point. He took our business into consideration more than his pocketbook.
Are there any areas CimpleO could improve?
No. I was very satisfied with CimpleO.

CimpleO developed an e-commerce site and performed a Drupal ERP integration. Responsibilities have involved custom development and consulting. This review was updated by the client on Oct. 9, 2019.
Despite just having launched, the online store is seeing daily sales with zero marketing effort. CimpleO has the ability to grasp concepts easily and succinctly, and address issues in an efficient manner. They're accessible, prompt workers who excel at multi-tasking. They've always met deadlines.

BACKGROUND
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I'm the owner and manager of a sports company retailer of nutrition, clothing, and fitness accessories.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with CimpleO?
We were already selling in a brick-and-mortar store, and we wanted to go online with our product catalog. We initially started with a Danish company, and they worked eight months for us. They had done nothing and wasted a lot of our time and money. After that, I was looking for somebody to take care of the work they had done and restart the project.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
For one or two months, CimpleO was trying to figure out what the previous company did by checking their work. I had asked the previous company to integrate the system with our ERP [enterprise resource planning] system that we had at the time. They were sure that they could do it, but the system was not interacting in the end. CimpleO told me that the system that I was using was not made for online interaction, so they suggested me to use something different. We then decided to get rid of everything the previous developer had done and restarted the project. What we've done with CimpleO is developed a lot of functionality from Drupal to adapt to our needs. Drupal is my ERP – we have the stock, cashier system integrated, and all the products in the online shop. Although that was not in the core package, they developed it according to my needs.
How did you come to work with CimpleO?
I found them on Upwork. Since I was afraid to start with another company and having the same issue again, I found Upwork as very safe for me to restart a new product as I had previously used it for graphic design, translation, and product content.
How much have you invested with CimpleO?
There was $2,000 to $3,000 spent at the beginning. The product was not very cost-efficient because we started to do many things not related to the direct task. In the beginning, we were trying to fix what the previous company did and then dropped it. When we started on the new product properly, it was something around $10,000 to $15,000. We now have a couple of improvements added for an extra $5,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working in early 2016, finished by April 2016, and went live in September 2016. I'm very confident about the future. We are adding new features on a constant basis. I'm dealing with them every day to add new features. For example, this week [February 2017], we were looking at transactional emails with nice templates to send to customers. All of these are features that Drupal was not having by itself. We needed to install and adapt.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
Could you share any evidence that would demonstrate the productivity, quality of work, or the impact of the engagement?
One thing I was impressed with is that, after two or three weeks with CimpleO – after giving them the graphic guidelines – they were done compared to the Danish company that took eight months with only installing Drupal and not designing anything. We did take a couple more months, but that was because I had to prepare a lot of content on my site. From their side, the work was fast.
The website is running. The website structure works well. We have sales every day on the website without any promotions as people know about it from our brick-and-mortar store. When you Google any of our products, we appear on the third or fourth page, maximum seventh page, without doing any AdWords or paid traffic. I hope in the following weeks that we can finish the last few tasks and start making good business from that. We are uploading products every month. We have a big catalog and a brick-and-mortar shop, so we don't have much time to work on the e-commerce. We hope to launch properly with marketing next week.
How did CimpleO perform from a project management standpoint?
It was very good. I was very comfortable working with them. You can reach them almost all the time, and they will reply to you within minutes. They fixed bugs very quickly. Any time that it's taken long, it's from our side because either the content is not ready or need funding to go ahead.
What did you most impressive about CimpleO?
The main difference between the Danish company and them is that the Danish company was doing a lot of describing everything that they would do with comments and details. However, in the end, they didn't do much. With CimpleO, it's more like you think about something and, without them describing everything, they do it. It's very different.
Are there any areas CimpleO could improve?
Technically, I think they're perfect, but I'm not very familiar with technical things. For me, they could have given a little bit more advice on the product itself. As well, they could have described a little bit more or discussed more about what we can do and different options.

They usually jump on a task very early after you ask them, they are very available, even they manage many projects at the same time. Deadlines are always respected.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
They simply deliver what you ask them to do, fast and reliable.
Are there any areas for improvement?
Sometimes some suggestions would help on improving some areas. They usually let you manage all decisions regarding your ideas, they know how to do it technically.
