Custom Drupal site required a rebuild to remove serious database issues and improve the UX. CimpleO did a site audit and put a team on it to redesign the site for optimum functionality.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

The site was in a situation of either closing down permanently or being fixed to retain customers and attract new customers. CimpleO fixed the site and I was able to keep it functioning optimally.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

The project was directed by the CEO Andrey, who deployed multiple staff members to troubleshoot and re-write code to fix UX issues.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their best qualities are their response time (100%) and quality of work. Other developers could not solve some of the technical issues but CimpleO was able to fix all issues.

No, they are excellent.
