I am the IT manager at YourLogistics, which provides a full range of logistics services for international freight transportations by sea, air, and road.

For what projects/services did your company hire ECHIZH?

ECHIZH developed and implemented a new mobile application architecture for our company. We continue to engage them to maintain and update our application.  

What were your goals for this project?

We hoped to produce a mobile application that would help our customers.

How did you select this vendor?

We met with several companies following a request for tenders. We discussed the project details and cost with each team, but we selected ECHIZH based on their understanding of the scope and their promise of a fair price.

Our application is available on Android and iOS and is built to obtain all sorts of information about our customers’ cargo. Using the mobile app, our customers receive around-the-clock updates without having to contact their manager.

What was the team composition?

We work with five members of their team.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

After two months of working together, our clients successfully started using our application. We are still working to improve the app by refining its existing elements and by adding new functions.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We managed to have a productive workflow, which yielded quick results.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

ECHIZH’s team completes their tasks on time, finds quicks answers to our questions, and has a transparent pricing policy.

Are there any areas for improvement?

No. At this point, we are completely satisfied with their work.

I find this vendor on internet, he had a good reviews. And the price was really convenient.

all doctors were thrilled when we launched the app. And very comfortable. and has a nice design

We spoke to the project manager through video calls, emails and telegram. All the steps of the project were delivered on time and met the deadline.

I was impressed because the team is very professional and they immediately understood what we needed

Working with this company was really enjoyable. I have no critics to release
