We've been really happy with the team managing our digital presence. They handle everything from keeping our website running smoothly to making sure we're showing up in the right places online — and it shows.

On the SEO side, they've done a solid job helping us get found by the right people. Our organic visibility has improved and we're consistently showing up when potential customers search for what we offer.

Their work on Facebook and Instagram ads has been a real highlight. They know how to put together campaigns that actually reach our target audience and turn interest into real leads — not just clicks and impressions.

Speaking of leads — lead generation is one of the areas we've seen the most tangible impact. We're getting more inquiries coming through, and the quality of those leads has been good.

And through all of it, our website stays updated, looks professional, and works the way it should. They take that off our plate entirely, which we really appreciate.

The site now reaches 1.1K organic visitors/month (+26%), with 733 keywords ranking in Google and 179 backlinks from 68 referring domains. Appearing in AI search results expanded visibility beyond traditional search, driving more calls and project requests — resulting in ~150% business growth.

Their project management has been great. Everything gets done on time and they're always on top of things without us having to follow up. When we have a request or a question, they respond quickly and make sure we're taken care of. It's been a really smooth working relationship.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What stands out most is that you're always talking to the same people who are actually doing the work. There's no runaround or being passed between departments, you get direct access to the people managing your website, ads, and SEO. It makes communication so much easier and means nothing gets lost in translation.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Choquer Agency could have done differently?

There's not much we'd change. If anything, we'd love to see even more suggestions on how to boost our ads and get the most out of our campaigns, like recommendations on the types of videos and content that grab the most attention. They do a great job managing everything, and a few more proactive ideas on the advertising side would just be the cherry on top.

I am the manager of a Professional painting company.

As a new Painting company we had to turn to professionals to help with branding and getting our message across through online platforms. As painters we knew very little about web development and search engine optimisation.

We met with Choquer Creative and discussed our ideal clients, our list of services and our company values. Our biggest challenge at this stage was how do we get all of that information across without meeting face to face.

How did you select Choquer Creative and what were the deciding factors?

We were looking for an agency that was going to take care of all our needs. After creating a shortlist and interviewing multiple agencies Choquer Creative was the clear option across our entire board of directors.

The biggest deciding factor was the monthly subscription model, as this kept our upfront costs down. In addition we were given a dedicated project manager that will be monitoring our SEO strategy each month, along with keeping our site up to date as we make changes.

Choquer Creative took us through a very clear and professional process from the very first onboarding meeting. The process was broken down into 4 phases:

1. Onboarding
2. Design & Framework
3. Development
4. Launch. Each phase was met to the outline time requirement and the overall project took 5 weeks from build to launch.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We were accompanied by the CEO Bryce Choquer, and the Project Manager - Johnny. Bryce managed the onboarding along with assisting in curating the strategy we were going to move forward with.

Johnny took over when we began working on the Design and Wireframe, and was our main source of contact as we moved through Development and into Launch.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Given Pedigree is a new company our focus was to create a website that encompassed the brand, and enhanced our online presence. Since the launch our views have doubled in month for the past 3 Months.

More importantly our website is closing more jobs on a weekly basis over all other marketing campaigns. On average the site generates 1 new client each week.

From the beginning the timeline was clearly outlined and during each phase of the project each milestone was met. Bryce and Johnny showed top professionalism made the whole process very easy for me and my team.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

No. From start to finish Choquer Creative took care of all our needs. Now that the site is launched they continue to add value managing the site and optimising our SEO efforts. When changes are requested they complete them within 24 hours. It feels like we have our very own in house web developer.

In just a few days, Choquer Creative created a pixel-perfect responsive site for me with complex animations and illustrations that I could have never done myself. The team was able to take each spec and turn it into a delightful experience for my users.
