1. Increasethe speed of an existing software application. Due to the size of the data lake processing times were slow. ChilliApple exceeded our expectationin terms of the Iprovements in speed. 
2. Due to our expanding data set we needed enhanced capcity to store and utilise additional back end data.This was rectified quickly by ChilliApple 
3. The development of new features within our software, this involved integrating a series of complex API and algorithms.

Through the work they have done they have directly sped up our software, increased capacity and created excellent new features that were incredibly complex to code. Their ability to understand our needs and share progress / updates was great. 
3. The ability to deliver projects on time and as per the agreed development hours.

The remit of our project with Chilliapple was extensive, revolving around a total revamp of our Magento 2 eCommerce site. Simultaneously, a key part of the project was the integration of multiple new modules. 

These modules were not only installed but also configured to meet our specific needs and offer additional functionality to the platform. Crucial modules related to major alterations in our checkout processes and the accounts system. These changes aimed at a more streamlined, user-friendly experience, including the addition of multiple checkout options.

Our account manager Jade is super efficient and very much on top of everything. She works as an intermediary between us and the development team and always ensures that questions are answered and tasks are completed efficiently and in a timely manner. 

She is very responsive and accessible and, having worked together with the other company website for over 2 years, she is an extension of the team. During this time we have completed many projects and tasks, not all have been easy but we have worked through them together and the outcome has always been positive.

We also required ongoing web development for new and existing modules within our Prestashop site. Furthermore, the ongoing SEO support and suggestions of the site to ensure we are up to date and improving our organic traffic.

Our website would regularly have technical issues which on occasion would cause drop outs. This downtime, depending on how long results in thousands of pounds lost.
