Chicklet Marketing designed and built a website to our specifications and even gave suggestions from the non-profit market. We have also enlisted their help in social media marketing. We give the topics and specifics on content and they create the posts and do all the scheduling. They also design signage and invitations as needed. We do a lot of marketing and design in-house, but it just makes sense to enlist the experts as budget permits to help provide excellence in this area!

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

In 2020 and 2021when we had to pivot to completely a virtual fundraiser, Chicklet Marketing were there to help us exceed our fundraising goals. I don't get a chance to look at the metrics much, but we hear others mentioning our posts they see and responding by signing up either to serve or to donate.

Alexis is my main contact and she is very responsive. I send everything to her and and work with her to make sure we are on the same page. She ensures that we understand each other before delivering something that doesn't meet our specifications. The timeliness and quality of her products have been everything we have hoped for! If we need anything changed, she is super-quick to respond and notify me when the work is done!
