What challenge were you trying to address with Chicken Dinner?

We were trying to grow, scale, and acquire new data. We wanted to ensure that we were growing with the right data and getting the right customers.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Chicken Dinner has helped us with performance marketing, media strategy, and growth marketing through Meta and Google. We agreed on a lead acquisition cost, and they’ve completely overachieved on that. We’re acquiring data of a Gen Z female lead on our website with all of the details 30 times deeper than industry standards.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

They've done an incredible job. We wanted a $5 lead acquisition cost, and they got us a $0.70 lead acquisition cost.

How did Chicken Dinner perform from a project management standpoint?

They’ve done incredibly well in this regard, and we wouldn’t still be working with them if they had any issues. We communicate via email and phone calls. We also have reporting and scheduled WIPs every two weeks.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their attention to detail and the results are impressive. At the end of the day, results are the only thing that matters.

I don’t think there’s anything they can improve on.

Chicken Dinner Agency took over a Google Ads account that was in pretty bad shape after being mismanaged by a previous agency. What was needed wasn’t minor optimisation, but a proper reset and rebuild.

They did a full audit, broke the account down piece by piece, and rebuilt the core campaigns from the ground up. This included restructuring campaigns and keywords, fixing bidding and tracking issues, and methodically working through performance problems rather than applying quick fixes.

They also helped significantly on the compliance side. A few issues came up that could have caused real disruption, and they were able to navigate these efficiently using their experience and industry contacts.

Overall, they played a big role in stabilising the account and getting it back to a healthy, scalable position. Communication was clear, expectations were managed properly, and decisions were always well explained.

The account moved from an unstable, underperforming state to a far more structured and reliable setup. Performance stabilised, wasted spend was reduced, and decision-making improved once tracking and campaign structure were fixed

Project management was solid throughout. Tasks were delivered on time, communication was clear, and expectations were set properly from the start. When issues came up, they were responsive and practical, and didn’t overcomplicate things.

Overall, it felt like working with people who actually understood the account and moved quickly when needed.

Their ability to take a damaged account and methodically rebuild it stood out. They didn’t rush changes or apply generic fixes everything was thought through and explained.

They were also strong on compliance, which isn’t something every agency can handle well, and that made a big difference in keeping the account running smoothly.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Chicken Dinner could have done differently?

Honestly couldn't fault them on anything. Perhaps a slightly better understand of where our profit margin sits but I also put that down to poor communication on my end
