We haven't launched our site to know the specific analytics on traffic yet, but the final video is well-loved by our full team and we're proud to launch our site with this video as the first impression.

Chezy fit us into their schedule earlier than we anticipated. We had 4 hours of filming time and wrapped well before then. We assumed it would take several weeks to receive a first cut, but we had it in our hands a week later. We only needed one round of revisions because the first cut was so close to our vision. The team was incredibly responsive, often responding within an hour. They also had every detail of the project organized in a shared file that we could collaborate on.

Chezy Video partnered with our team to create a comprehensive video campaign celebrating Roers' 50th Anniversary. The project included planning, filming, interviewing key stakeholders, editing, and producing a series of videos and social media clips that highlighted our company's history, culture, accomplishments, and vision for the future. Key deliverables included a feature anniversary video telling the story of Roers over the past 50 years, short-form social media clips designed for ongoing promotion and engagement, employee and leadership interviews, project and company footage, and a special congratulatory video recognizing Jim Roers for his leadership and contributions to the company's success. The final products effectively captured the Roers story, honored our legacy, celebrated the people who helped build the company, and provided engaging content that could be shared across multiple platforms throughout our anniversary year.

The 50th Anniversary video campaign successfully increased awareness and engagement around this important company milestone while creating lasting content that can be utilized for future marketing, recruiting, and company storytelling efforts. The feature video and social media clips generated strong engagement across digital platforms, increased visibility of the Roers brand, and provided meaningful opportunities to celebrate our employees, clients, and community partners. Additionally, the congratulatory video honoring Jim Roers received positive feedback from employees, family members, business partners, and community stakeholders, helping commemorate his leadership and contributions to the company's success. The video assets continue to provide value beyond the anniversary celebration by serving as tools for recruitment, business development, employee engagement, and preserving the company's history for future generations.

They were very organized. I appreciated meeting to go through the project, meeting on site of the proposed video shoot location and a lot of communication during the process. Their files are very user friendly and help when setting up times with those being featured in the videso. Items were delivered on time if not early and they were able to make edits very timely.

The work entailed interviewing 20+ individuals over three days of shooting, compiling the footage and condensing it significantly to achieve the goal of creating an engaging video that wasn't too long, but still effectively shared the organization's 40-year history.

His technical skillset was obvious; he's very knowledgable about the work that he does and it shined through in every aspect of this project.

The team also created graphics for the event promotional videos that we showed during the event. Moreover, they recorded interviews with the Hall of Fame inductee and peers and edited those videos for the Hall of Fame inductees.

We posted the video on our Instagram and LinkedIn and have seen over 5,000 impressions on YouTube. We have over 500 combined views.

They handled everything with professionalism and scheduled interviews, scheduled calls, and followed through on all requests. We communicated via virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

They could've pushed a little further on what we wanted, but it was partly due to our creative team not being clear about what we wanted. A little more clarity earlier in the process on the direction might have saved time in the edits.

The one thing that didn't end up happening was some additional footage of other places around town that was discussed early on and just never happened. The videos turned out great without it, but there was possibly a disconnect on communication between them on getting that footage.

We wanted a series of videos to describe who we are as a company, what services we offer, why people should work for us, and why people should support us.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Chezy Video Co. came out for two days and shot a variety of footage. The first day, they shot many interviews with clients, staff, and guardians. The second day, they shot footage at a client’s house, at the park, and then they came to our client appreciation picnic and shot a lot of B-roll there. The team handled all aspects of the videos, including filming, editing, and creating the final productions.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We used the videos for many different reasons. We put them on social media to help recruit staff, inform the public of our services, and show why they should support our cause. Besides social media, we also used them in emails and other communications. The traction on social media was great. We had a lot of interaction with our posts with likes, comments, and shares.
I remember the week I put some of the videos up on our social media channels, we definitely saw an increase in applications. Our supporters loved seeing the people we support and what we do behind the scenes to make a positive impact in their lives, and these videos accomplished that. I also received some emails and messages from people who loved the videos and said how much they loved seeing the people we support in the videos and helping spread our mission.

How did Chezy Video Co. perform from a project management standpoint?

Chezy Video Co. was very organized, and I always felt like we were on the same page with them. With shared documents for scheduling interviews to knowing exactly what to expect when they arrived on the shoot days, I was never unsure about how the day would go.

I always felt like they took our suggestions and ideas into consideration. They never once said no to trying to achieve everything we asked for. I appreciated that working with them felt more like a partnership.

The cost of the marketing content was impressive. Chezy Video Co. could produce affordable videos and content quickly. The shelf life of the marketing content was longer than most, and they were also able to edit many of the marketing files to create multiple marketing videos.
