The Chetu team conducts a weekly sprint meeting, a daily report of work completed and progress, and a weekly summary of our calls. Additionally, we have a log of bugs and change requests to track progress.

The project management is excellent. The team responds to our needs within 24 hours and is very attentive. The deadlines are met on time and sometimes much sooner than expected.

All communication, status updates, meetings, etc. were coordinated through this person. He then coordinated with the various members of the development team. Held weekly status calls to track progress, discuss issues/bugs, etc.

Our Company was looking for a development house to build out a cloud-based solution for our new patent pending flagship product that will be used to track and monitor water/wastewater/sewer repairs worldwide. CureView™

SOLUTION

How did you selectChetu, Inc., and what were the deciding factors?

We interviewed Chetu and some others - Chetu was the most interested - had all the resources we needed in house (IOT, Hardware, Software, QA, and Cloud programming) at an efficient cost and fairly fast timelines!

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

CureView needed a full database for customer identification as well as saving the data generated from each job.

We will have many entities logged in and transmitting continuous realtime data to the cloud world wide at all hours - and CureView Portal (Cloud software) is both keeping and tracking all the data to make it easy for our customers (who support warrenties upto 20 years) in one easy place - and allows offsite managers and owners to monitor the system and installation via the cloud site (and communicate via chat which is all logged and saved as well).

Ultimately CureView and the Portal system will monitoring lots of installations, managing/displaying data points, and providing much needed SOP / Records keeping with minimal user interaction!

We had an Amazing Project Manager (Gagandeep) and 2 teams - one of actual development and one for UI design... Plus the included resources of QC and management to insure smooth and successful development and launch.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We are still in final testing and design but the test data from trusted users and corporations is OUTSTANDING - Easy to use - Easy to read and most importantly fits a hole they knew was in the system but had zero possibility to path with out serious investment.

Chetu is EASY to work with - they hit dates and talk alot, its a great mixture of control and development (which requires creative talk sometimes - they have it mastered)!

They have amazingly good prices for all they offer on top of great people and clear communications.

Always improvements and they see it too - thats why we all talk so much - but i cant wait to update the system to the next level and milestone - which we have already said will be awarded to Chetu.

Yes, for the most part, their deliverables were accurate to what we wanted. I care a lot about design and so I had to work with them to make sure they stayed true to the designs. Sometimes I felt like they got a little off track on what they needed to do but it was easy to get them back on track.

Project management has been the best part for me. It's really nice to have a manager on their end to help guide the team. They do all of their timelines through an excel sheet which has not been the best for me I would have prefered to integrate them into our project management software.

The project manager has been highly beneficial to us.

They don't do a very good job when they have to use other developers' code. They work best when they get to start from scratch.

Chetu worked on a GIS project to provide an offline map library through Mapbox. They worked on a BBQ smoker automation project to remotely control it from anywhere through IOT devices and a Raspberry PI. Chetu worked on multiple QA automation projects to do automation testing for our iPhone/iPad/macOS apps.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We found them through a refferal and their dedication and thorough proffesionalism was the key factor in choosing them

They designed and set up an automation framework for our Desktop application on iOS platform. They set up the framework using selenium, cucumber python framework and appium servers, they also used XCode to generate the simulators and run the application in there. They are currently writing the code for different features in our app using id, xpath They also worked on writing the code for the Desktop app for Mac OS for the same application

Spider Oak has one resource, occasionally adding a second resource for short-term needs.

We were able to automate the project early where it is already in the development plase which is a great achievement for our QA team and this reduces so much of our effort on manual testing. The automation has saved our time and kept our quality up to mark as well.

They first broke down the development process, the ways to code the specific game, and whether it was going to be built on Unreal Engine, JavaScript, or C++. Additionally, I also decided on some of the requirements involving graphics and API coding and went from there.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’re currently developing the low-quality outputs like the framework, but once those are done we’re going to be implementing the higher-quality details. This is nice because it helps us look at everything before the work gets polished.

They’re great from a budgeting aspect despite being pricier than their competitors. As for their time management, they’ve hit every single deadline that I’ve given them, and they pick up additional hours whenever they fall behind schedule.

We typically communicate through email, text, Zoom, and Discord.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We like the flexibility of their payment method. They’re only contracted on a monthly basis so if ever we experience any financial issues, we can put the project on hold because we’re not locked in some type of extensive contract.

Are there any areas they could improve?

My only constructive criticism is their lack of lower financial abilities. The majority of their services are rather costly and they don’t have any cost-efficient options for smaller projects.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

If they’re looking to work with Chetu, Inc., emailing them would be the best way to contact them. It might take a little while, but I would suggest being patient because they work rather quickly as soon they get in touch with you.
